I love the ease of use and how easy I can find diverse candidates. Creating an algo that aligns with my needs definitely saves me a lot of time when sourcing.

With RippleMatch, I find that it becomes harder to get a strong batch of diverse candidates when looking for niche roles like Hardware Engineering

The biggest problem RM is solving for me is the uptick in qualified diverse individuals.

We have a dedicated rep who engages on a weekly basis to help us identify top talent who are matched to our open roles. We share our needs and receive candidates who are warm leads - no need for cold outreach with Ripplematch. It's easy to use and is a great way to ensure diversity top of funnel in the University Recruiting process.

We have some roles that are not open at all to students who require sponsorship for data access reasons. We aren't able to set parameters to not match with F-1 students even in these cases.

Sometimes, it is difficult to keep up with the pace of matches to how quickly our hiring teams are able to proceed with candidates.

RippleMatch has been a wonderful tool for our recruitment team to source early career talent. Implimentation was seemless, the user experience is great for our team of recruiters, and the slate of candidates is consistantly inclusive and strong.

The best part about RippleMatch is the ability to have customizable diversity filters and must-have's to obtain the ideal candidate.

The platform focuses more on early career candidates and not so much senior level individuals.

The ability to categorize diversity which is helping me to find the ideal candidates that I am looking to attract.

RIppleMatch enables my team to focus on the right talent and reduce their tme searching for candidates matching our needs. The time saved in our sourcing efforts have enable us to increase our focus on our nurturing strategy. After using the tool for our tech roles in the Fall recruiting cycle, the team is now ready to implement it for all of our other roles. The alerts and functionality enable the recruiters to move at a faster pace and provide the candidates with a much better experience.

It is not a global tool just yet. I would like to leverage this tool for my global emerging talent team as functionality and market reach increases to other regions (EMEA, LATAM, APAC)

What I like best about RippleMatch is the AI capabilities. I also really appreciate the customer support service levels. The system is also very easy to use.

There is nothing to note as far as my dislikes, I like everything.

RM is our one stop shop for early career and college candidates. I also love the option to conduct info sessions for potential candidates. It is a great resource.
