What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

the user interface is pretty good and the linking of it with job diva makes both of them better because we can directly make a call from job diva using ring central and as i use it daily because of my job it makes my job easy . implementing is also pretty easy. till now i didnt use the customer support but that must be great too.

till now the only downgrade is adding contact

I love how it can be connected multiple places so calls are always accessible - it makes it much easier to work remotely if/when I need to!

There is nothing that stands out in my mind that I dislike about the RingCentral Contact Center.

It has helped with keeping our clients connected with us as well as connecting everyone in the office.

all the information you can see, customization of the screen and shortcuts. the searches are way better than any other

What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center?

Sometimes is too cluttered with all the tabs and the numbers you have dialed. if it just maybe put the details of the conversations would be nice

having calls with customers, also the return is very little and cannot notice the difference with a landline

What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

RingCentral allows us to offer a seamless product to our clients without the overhead cost of office space. Our clients can call our direct lines or go through our call tree and reach any of our employees where ever they are during their programmed working hours.

What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center?

There isn't really anything bad to say about this product. The pricing could be a little less expensive but it is an excellent product and you get what you pay for.

It allows Our employees to work

Remotely or to answer calls when they are out and about visiting clients.

RC's contasct center has centralized the company's directory into one easy location. Regardless of what user we are looking to get a hold of, we can find them with one easy search.

I have no issues with Ring Central. The platform has performed as expected. We could not be happier

What is most helpful about RingCentral Contact Center is that as a user, you can choose from various options on how to contact your customers. This includes phone calls, fax, video, and text.

What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center?

I have not come across many dislikes about this platform. The only thing that does come to mind would be that there is so much information on the home screen that it can look cluttery.

RingCentral Contact Center is solving our need to be able to call customers or reach out to them via video, text, or phone. To have the ability of contacting a customer without using your direct personal line is terrific.

The chat feature makes it easier and faster to get a hold of agents. They get issues resolved pretty quickly and questions answered

What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center?

If you contact them by phone it can take quite a while.

What problems is RingCentral Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had a question regarding porting. I did not end up speaking to an agent as I resolved the issue myself.

What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

Ring Central really does have everything you need for your business in one centralized space. Easy to fax, text, video and call from your desktop or mobile app.

What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center?

The only downside and this is nitpicky, is that while the app rings on my iPhone, it does not notify on my Apple Watch, causing me to miss some calls. Overall a great product.

I haven't brought this up to RingCentral.
