RingCentral allows us to offer a seamless product to our clients without the overhead cost of office space. Our clients can call our direct lines or go through our call tree and reach any of our employees where ever they are during their programmed working hours.
There isn't really anything bad to say about this product. The pricing could be a little less expensive but it is an excellent product and you get what you pay for.

RingCentral Contact Center is solving our need to be able to call customers or reach out to them via video, text, or phone. To have the ability of contacting a customer without using your direct personal line is terrific.
The chat feature makes it easier and faster to get a hold of agents. They get issues resolved pretty quickly and questions answered

Ring Central really does have everything you need for your business in one centralized space. Easy to fax, text, video and call from your desktop or mobile app.
The only downside and this is nitpicky, is that while the app rings on my iPhone, it does not notify on my Apple Watch, causing me to miss some calls. Overall a great product.

the user interface is pretty good and the linking of it with job diva makes both of them better because we can directly make a call from job diva using ring central and as i use it daily because of my job it makes my job easy . implementing is also pretty easy. till now i didnt use the customer support but that must be great too.
till now the only downgrade is adding contact
it solves the process of contacting the candidates that i have to reach out.
