Good tool that displays all caller information for incoming calls

No dislikes as of yet, though not all features have been tested

Having Ring was helpful - one dedicated space for communication. Instead of group texts, work email, personal email, and phone calls, it was great to have everything centralized!

You have more customizable options that are great for small or large business. You don't even have to use a phone, you can have it forward calls to your cell phone so you can use multiple lines with one phone.

That they aren't their own cellular provider.

Make sure you have steady Internet service, that's really the only requirement you need.

One example is, I purposely set a filter when you first call my business line. It says "to speak to a representative, press one", that means if it is a human they're going to press one, if it's a Robo call I'm not gonna be bothered with it.

Very easy to use and awesome support, I was having problems because of my firewall and contacted Therion support team and they easily fix it for me, the remotely access to my system and fixed it while I was just observing.

I had some trouble with the dialing pad.

We are able to communicate with parties involved in our business internationally, it is a great option, very reliable.

The best thing about RingbyName is it helps in managing Customers. It is an amazing application that lets you recognise the incoming call of the customer by displaying his/her details on the application. It helps the customer executive agent to easily recognise the caller. Also, number of missed calls can also be tracked using this Application.

It has several very good features but unfortunately have not had the opportunity to test out any of the additional features yet with our office or are feature our office just wont benefit from.

I have been impressed with the RingByName software and also with the staff at RingByName. To me customer service is as important as the software. RingByName has always been there when we have needed them, proactive and also to make it clear, usually when we call is because we want to change something or do something outside the normal scope of use and RingByName always comes through.

I really do like the high security and privacy system of their communication system. I can boost of user privacy through all my devices. Desktop, laptop and my mobile with the use of their cloud communication system.

I dislike the high prices charged for this service. Everything works well with their system except for some devices that experience slight installation problems .

From my past experience with this service, I would encourage or advise anyone out there who needs stable business communication service to try RingByName.
