What do you like best about RightBound?

Rightbound's contacts are especially accurate compared to other sources. This allows us to focus on selling more.

What do you dislike about RightBound?

Not all contacts have cell phone numbers, but many do.

What do you like best about RightBound?

One of the most time-consuming areas of SDRing is the effort that goes into finding prospects.

- Hard to access data on how the emails are performing (send on my behalf)

- I have accelerated meetings booked with quality prospects

- I spend more time calling, emailing, and social selling and less time prepping to do those things

- We've learned more about our product-market fit quicker, competitive landscape quicker, and accelerated our outreach abilities by at least 50%

- Didn't have to hire another SDR (and RB is way more affordable than hiring someone)

What do you like best about RightBound?

Excellent customer success. Solid product which has helped up break into new markets and discover new customers.

What do you dislike about RightBound?

I don't have a good understanding of how the technology works, and don't know if how we are interacting with the marketplace. Hopefully, nothing is going wrong

What problems is RightBound solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a large total addressable market and no way for our small team to reach out to them proactively. RightBound helps us do that.

Sometimes the platform has loading issues. The development team has worked with us to get things right with integrations which has helped tremendously.

What do you like best about RightBound?

Righhtbound has a fantastic team combined with powerful technology that enables BDRs to invest their time wisely maximizing yield. The level of customer service is unparallel and the RB platform easy to work with and flexible enough to make targeting changes on the fly.

What do you dislike about RightBound?

I wish there was a way to integrate more BDR email steps directly through the RB flow

What problems is RightBound solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to attack a larger portion of our addressable market leveraging the right amount of people and technology. The RB platform gives our BDR team a constant flow of intent-based leads that keeps them motivated and excited to start each day.

RightBound's autonomous outreach prioritizes accounts and selects prospects.

Plenty of things need to go right for an e-mail to get a response

- proper deliverability rates

- sequence cadence

- proper persona

- relevancy

Nothing much at this point. Our csm Rachel has been one of the most responsive and dedicated contact I've ever worked with.

What do you like best about RightBound?

The quality of the prospects lists being provided by Rightbound and the fact that me and my team don't have to invest days to produce Rightbound delivered volumes. Further, I like the follow-up process and the CRM-like functionality within the RightBound platform.

What do you dislike about RightBound?

It would be helpful to divide the RightBound prospects lists so that all contacts from a target company were assigned to one rep vs. multiple reps.

Recommendations to others considering RightBound:

If you are considering RightBound as a business solution and are hesitating, just do it! It works.

What problems is RightBound solving and how is that benefiting you?

Working with RightBound saves me and our team time in list production. Further, the quality of RightBound lists exceeds what we were producing ourselves. In short - a save time and money benefit.

I like that it allows me prioritize the leads that need attention first, and also use less of my time sourcing leads in the first place.

The integration between outreach and rightbound has had some problems every once in a while.
