I love the TAX feauture. In the past, I used to pay an accountant and I had no way to knowing if all the documents were right or not. Now, I calculate my own tax by providing the software information about the trips, fuel costs etc.

It gets really annoying sometimes when I need to enter every single detail for each trip. I know that the software is simply trying to help me with taxes and organising my work, but it still gets really annoying. I wish it would be simpler.

I would strongly recommend Rigbooks to anyone and everyone in the trucking business. It really helps cut the middlemen and helps you manage your business yourself. No accountant. No third-party.

I don't need an accountant or tax advisor anymore, rigbooks does it all. I can also track my fuel milage and fuel expenses to check how my trucks are doing with maintenance issues and such.

It looked like a simple way to record details for a one-person trucking company, but we decided not to use it but could not find the cancellation link that was supposedly a "simple cancellation link in the settings" so it kept charging us every month. I eventually sent an email to ask for them to cancel, even though it says they will not cancel it for you, you have to use the "cancellation link." They did give us a refund, thankfully.

The so called "cancellation link" is not where the Q&A page says it is, and they will not tell you where it is, nor have a link to find the page that has this supposed "cancellation link" anywhere.

I did not use it, it just looked easy to use, but I have very little experience in the actual software since I spent majority of my time on the site trying to find how to cancel the subscription once I didn't need it.
