Streamlined
What do you like best about RICS Software?
Love that it’s so easy to check inventory and pull up past customers. Pretty easy to figure out if you’re not afraid to click around.
What do you dislike about RICS Software?
Some transactions are more difficult to understand/figure out what the software requires during a transaction.
What problems is RICS Software solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory hiccups are easily corrected and we can figure out quickly when an item has been oversold/undersold.

AMAZING POS system for my store
What do you like best about RICS Software?
WOW, it's amazing. I recently worked at a retail shore store as management and we sued this for our POS system. It allows us to track all locations(4) and keep track of sales, team clock-in, inventory. Basically everything!!!!
What do you dislike about RICS Software?
I sometimes wish I could have more control of the software as they expand.
What problems is RICS Software solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything, it allowed the owner to track everything and solve issues with the program they used before.

Easy to use & keeps inventory up to par.
What do you like best about RICS Software?
Able to find multiple different stock information pieces in one place, and able to run reports to see sell through and dead inventory.
What do you dislike about RICS Software?
I wish pictures were added to rics that match the stock and SKU that is built within the system.
Recommendations to others considering RICS Software?
Great for small businesses and large.
What problems is RICS Software solving and how is that benefiting you?
Slow running daily reports of the day was large otherwise it was good, sometimes had to restart the program or close out to make it load.

An all in POS and back of house solution
What do you like best about RICS Software?
The customer service hands down. I have never been on hold for more than 5 minutes with RICS. They are always happy to help and without fail have a solution to your problem
What do you dislike about RICS Software?
Server dependability can be frustrating. Reporting will down for hours even a day or so at times. This can through a wrench in our workflow.
Recommendations to others considering RICS Software?
Continue ways to improve the infistructure and reliablility day to day. RICS is an irreplacable software for our company and the more we can rely on it the more easily we will be able to invest time in growing our corporation.

It's all in one from our inventory team, our buying team, our front end specialist they all are masters at this platform. It fits so many needs in our company.

RICS Confusing but Easy
What do you like best about RICS Software?
Easy to operate on the Point of Sale portion of the software.
What do you dislike about RICS Software?
Pulling reports with the data that you actual need is harder than pulling teeth with tweezers.

The benefit is that it is already integrated with the items of our franchise which makes it a breeze adding in the branded inventory upon receipt.

I like that everything is fairly self explanatory for anyone to use.
What do you dislike about RICS Software?
I dislike that the back office program is hard to use if you’re not taught how to use it. I think a more user friendly interface would be better suited for the retail industry.
