Great tool for conducting RFP's
It really is the customer service as part of their professional services offering. Cole and Brendan shaved hours off of my data gathering and analytics.
When scoring or weighting it would be nice if the tool could do a mass upload from an excel file. I had over 40 people that I had to manually enter.
Automation, response and pricing consolidation, one source of truth, reporting and having professional services was a game changer.

I liked that we could use a template we already had to upload our questions into the software. Saved us lots of time. Also allowed us to create a scorecard for demos.
On upload, it didn't default questions to required. vs being optional.

At times we have to add a vendor after the RFP has gone out - rare but it happens. In order to give the new vendor the same amount of time for information all vendors have to receive a new deadline. I wish it was just for the new vendor added but all vendors have to be told the deadline has been extended.
I like that all communication is done in the tool and all those doing the reviews have one place to go. It makes it so everyone involved can go to one centralized location to see information and do the scoring. I also like that if a vendor has questions that may pertain to all vendors I can send one communication out for clarification.
It makes RFPs a breeze for large teams. You can even use RFP360 if you don't upload the RFP. They have a Chrome extension that is fantastic for quick RFI's or even just finding product questions.
The UI and brand isn't anything special but it's not bad. If you don't stay on top of it and monitor responses, it can get messy and also there is a chance to have a wrong answer get used multiple times.
If you work on RFPs weekly, this is well worth the investment.
We get a ton of RFPs and working through them can be very time consuming. Especially since our product is very complex and their are many subject matter experts across the enterprise. RFP360 brings all that knowledge into one place so you aren't duplicating work.
For the training I've had, the RFP360 makes it easy for companies to interact with one another. It is very organized and once you get the hang of the tools provided, you will be successful in the task you are assigned to.
So far, I have not used the app long enough to tell what it's missing. The training I've gotten so far makes it seem like I will have everything I need to complete my tasks.
The problems we are solving with RFP360 is making sure all of our vendors are completing all documents we send/or need from them. It keeps track well enough to know what's missing or complete.
Easy way to find needed informatio; It is a library of knowledge. Everything you need to know is on this platform, and the best thing is that you can help it grow, it has many tools to help organize even better information.
Sometimes it can be a little challenging to use; first, you can get lost. Everything else works perfectly; it is a complete tool. If there is one thing to improve, it is to have tutorials that are easy to find and easy to understand.
We have obtained a database of our customers in an organized and practical way that will help us in our future negotiations. The company has improved its processing times thanks to RFP360 and has provided more complete and timely responses to customers thanks to RFP360.
It is easy to search by key word and filter by author, date, etc.
