"Best travel software company out there"
What do you like best about Rezometry?

Rezometry was a great sales and CRM tool for our travel company. Like every software there is always a learning curve however Susan was always available and helped us a lot during the first months. Every time we had a question she was very responsive and addressed our questions in a very timely manner. The software is capable of so much more that what are needs were. We mainly sold custom travel packages where we bundled international air travel, domestic flights, ground transportation, accommodation, tours and much more. Rezometry was the perfect tool for us to accomplish our sales goals and deliver a fast and outstanding customer service to our clients. There are many companies that do what Rezometry does but in my opinion the level of service along with the technology provided made Rezometry a successful partner for us. I highly recommend to speak with Susan for all your travel software needs.

What do you dislike about Rezometry?

Nothing really. Sometimes we had resorts with “weird” accommodation rules and the Rezometry team always worked with us to accommodate our partner needs.

What problems is Rezometry solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sales increase and fast quotes to our clients.

"Fantastic Customer Service and Great Value"
What do you like best about Rezometry?

Very good value for money for a program that has all the features we need and more, but not paying for a ton of features I don't need. The level of service you receive for training and ongoing support is excellent. There is one person we communicate with who responds within the day (if not instantly) and always answers our questions and solves our problems.

What do you dislike about Rezometry?

Some of the accounting and payment schedules are inflexible but they are looking to fix that. We need this more and more now with cancellation policies constantly changing. The documents are old-fashioned looking.

Recommendations to others considering Rezometry:

The team at Rezometry are always willing to take feedback and improve existing or build new functionality that you might need which is a bonus. If you think you will need a bit of hand holding and constant support use them, even if it might not suit your needs 100%. Their excellent support is way more valuable than a program that might suit your needs slightly better but has a useless, faceless customer support centre.

What problems is Rezometry solving and how is that benefiting you?

Running an efficient back-end system that saves us heaps of time and avoids accidental errors and oversights. It helps me keep track of payments (in and out) and while I don't use all the accounting features it helps me stay on top of what money should be where - which is essential in this business.

"Great Value for a Very Good Tour Operator System"
What do you like best about Rezometry?

There is lots to like about Rezometry. The price point is very good for what the system offers. The contracts entry is simple and easy to train. The packaging options are strong. Accounting is good and the CRM is limited but gets the job done as far as accumulating your clientbase. They are moving to a web UI which will improve the access to the system by staff. VERY stable system. We have probably reported 5 bugs in 7 years.

What do you dislike about Rezometry?

CRM, certain reporting aspects with respect to profitability need improvements. Documents need some tweaks with respect to more user control. Need to offer more flexibility to the editing of reservations with respect to dates and accounting.

Recommendations to others considering Rezometry:

Rezometry is a small company by comparison to other companies that charge 3 and 4 times the cost. They are responsive and the thing I like most is that the platform is solid. Does not lots of bugs that causes errors and such. I have personally worked with 6 reservation platforms and this is by far the one with the least amount of bug reporting.

What problems is Rezometry solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rezometry solves one huge problem for tour operators. It allows us to effectively sell a complex travel package product to both Groups and FIT's. Other systems are 3 and 4 times the cost. If you are a small to mid sized company, this platform will do the job in most cases.

What do you like best about Rezometry?

That it handles all we give it. Our business is complex and Rezometry (REX) does the job well. Susan and crew are always ready to help!

What do you dislike about Rezometry?

Would be nice if the dates populated to correct month - for instance - if in December and I have a traveler looking to book a trip in January - would like to see the month move to January on the departure date. Always catches me

What do you like best about Rezometry?

We have found this tool to be easy to use, consistent and reliable. New staff training does not take too long, and we have found that this tool is able to accurately price all the products we offer.

What do you dislike about Rezometry?

Missing some more innovative features and documents (invoices, quotes) have outdated and inflexible formats.

Our agents are able to set up quotes quickly, reports are limited but informative.
