I love using Revolution EHR because it is super easy to use! On top of that, if you have anyone new that isn’t familiar with optical, they have great training videos on how to use Rev.

The only thing that i don’t like is that it logs you out after about a minute of not doing anything.

Super easy to schedule patients. I love it being cloud-based since we have multiple offices for our practice and myself and a few others float offices.

I have worked with several different EHR systems over the course for a decade. Revolution has by far been the best. It’s user friendly, customer service and support is great and it’s had an array of valuable features

I would receive error messages constantly while placing orders. It seems that the system has a few bugs that needed to be worked out

Revolution has made intraoffice communications much simpler. Tasks are a great feature that help the office flow and allow the staff to stay on top of patient management. It allows anyone in the office to have a clear snapshot of what has been going on with a patient and where we are in the process.

Cloud based is the way to go in the evolving patient practices. Very quick and accesibable anywhere. User friendly, and amazing support on the back end

Creating reports is a little troublesome

Optomogy patient practice, not only can we access it but patients can access their records without tying up our time at the office

Customer service chat is very useful and helpfull

Reports are not easily separated and unable to change how some reports pull up

Any questions are answered as quickly as possible

It is nice to be able to see a dashboard of all the details when we are looking up a patient. It is nice to see all their appointments, orders, and notes all in one place.

Revolution EHR is simple to navigate, and has all the essentials for a small optometry office.

It may be difficult to utilize for a larger office, with some actions getting mixed up between office locations and crashes pretty frequently.

A scanner we have in our office doesn’t integrate properly, so everything is partially scanned in. No one has been able to help this issue.

Benefits certainly include that it’s cloud-based and you are able to access it anywhere using the internet.

I love the ease of transitioning from one EHR to the other and it's web based program can be accessed even at home.

It was nice knowing that you have a guideline to start with. It does not allow you to go forward with orders or billing until the other steps are completed. It Definitely helps on those busy days!

When patients make appointments online, they often make a duplicate profile that you then have to merge. It makes it a little tedious.
