I have used several marketing software and I can say this is the best. It is user friendly and configuration can be done even without requesting assistance from the help desk. It has an intuitive interface and approach to marketing solutions. It is the easiest way to drive revenue and build better relationship with the audience through Email marketing. You can easily conduct surveys or collect reviews to make the most impact with your audience feedback. It has an online reputation that can help you consolidate reviews, respond to clients and boost your rankings online. Training is simple as it does not take long.

It is price unfriendly. This makes it difficult for small business to afford it.

It’s been great to easily see how campaigns are doing and keeping track of them. The customer service and start up/transition into Revinate was great!

Keep improving integration! The easier it is to link different softwares, the better.

We have been able to track what’s working and what’s not so much easier. The analytics have been a tremendous help.
