The aggregation feature is great. I can easily see reviews all in one place and don't have to worry about collecting it from individual sources. Additionally, they make it very easy to respond to Google reviews and help us with quick response times.
Not a dislike, but features that help you secure, verify, and manage profiles better would be tremendously helpful. Apple Business Connect, for example, is tricky to verify and having a built in solution within Review Trackers would be helpful.

I honestly have nothing negative to say about Review Trackers. Probably the only thing that caught me off guard when I started using it would be the sheer amount of buttons visible that could possibly overwhelm a new user. This does however get easier and easier as time goes by
