I like the reports function in order to stay abrest of the reviews that are coming in from multiple sites. I like the fact that I can submit 120 customers per month in order to generate positive and negative private and public feedback. Monitoring is much easier using this platform than others.
I wish we could submit more than 120 for the price we are paying. Otherwise there is little that can be done to make your site better. I am very pleased thus far and will continue to use ReviewInc.
Remember that ReviewInc collects reviews from all public reviw sites and that when reviews are updated it may take a few days to get the update at ReviewInc. No worries they are always on top of this and are extremely accurate and a great way to track your overall score for reviews.
With ReviewInc I am able to easily see and resolve the majority of my negative reviews from one platform. The easy to see format ensures accuracy and effectiveness in my research. This site is a saving grace for our company and we truly love using the services you all provide.
We now create a Reviews page on each of our client's websites do display testimonials their clients have given them. We make this part of our Local SEO package and it's a client favorite. Then we have our clients send the link out to their clients, and ask them for their reviews - most are happy to give the feedback.
Some of the Schema markup has issues, buy we have been in contact with the support team and they have fixed it right up. Other than that I personally don't have any complaints, and the one issue I did have has beeen fixed.
A huge benefit is automating the entire review process for our clients. Instead of having the client collect reviews, send them over to us, and then having to manually add them to each clients site, our client just sends out the link for clients to leave feedback and it's all automatically added to the client site after we add the widget code. No more having to go back and update everytime a new review is left.
They have helped increase our positive reviews across all the platforms. They are also helping us identify areas where we need to improve.
There is no downside to using them for our company.

Ease of responding to Google & Facebook reviews. Also the word clouds & ability to set location filters.
Not able to connect to Yelp/TripAdvisor integration. However, it is convenient to be able to see all of the reviews there, rather than having to keep checking those sites continuously.
Great platform to collect all Google My Business listings and Facebook pages into one for ease of responding to reviews.
Certain locations were not responding to reviews/not having the "time" to login to all of the platforms to respond. Ability to respond all at once making it easier for everyone on the different teams.
Review Inc has an easy way of tracking what accounts have been emailed and which ones haven't which is extremely convenient! The process of uploading contacts is also quick and doesn't take a lot of time out of the work day, which is important!
There are lots of tabs, which makes the website a bit confusing if not used daily.
We were confused as to why our emails weren't showing as "delivered", but Crystal clarified with specifics as to how the process works with timezones which was very helpful!

Setting up automation can be tricky, but that issue more often than not seems to be related to the CRM capabilities and not related to Review Inc.
