Easy one stop shop to check on app reviews

Using it in slack so it keeps everything in our slack ecosystem

What do you dislike about ReviewBot?

It would be nice to be able to respond to reviews within the slack integration, natively

What do you like best about ReviewBot?

Pushing app store reviews to slack for multiple apps so they can be actioned if needed. They do have a feature request section which is nice, users can upvote requests. I have not seen if these are actioned yet, though.

What do you dislike about ReviewBot?

Not instant, have to pay per app, which gets pricey. Also no dashboard of all activity which would be a huge plus.

Recommendations to others considering ReviewBot:

It has a 14 day free trial so you can give it a shot for free. Works well, the reviews don't come in instantly but they do come in. Have largely been happy with the results and my team enjoys the reviews coming in over Slac.

What problems is ReviewBot solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is hard to keep on top of reviews that need to be replied to. Traditionally every month or so someone would go through them all, but with Reviewbot we can reply to them same day. If you don't reply to bad reviews it can leave a bad impression of the company, product, and/or app and lead to churn or customer complaints.
