I often use the "Book me" feature. This way I can send a link to my customers, who can then schedule an appointment directly to my calender, and the customers own calendar.

The most helpful thing about Revenue Grid is that it allows me to continue my workflow in Outlook (where I spend the majority of my time) without having to leave and go to a different program/window. I can open Cases and add Contacts right from Outlook!
So far, the only downside that I've run into is that sometimes the information displayed is a bit limited when trying to search for an existing account or existing opportunity. I have tweaked some of the customizations to make it easier for me to find things now.
After using Revenue Grid and seeing what it has done for my workflow and efficiency, I would highly recommend that any Salesforce user check it out!
Before installing and using Revenue Grid, my workflows were being interrupted as I would have to leave in the middle of a task and go to Salesforce in my browser to open a Case, add a new Contact, or open a new Opportunity. Opening new Cases, adding new Contacts and opening new Opportunities are all now done without even leaving Outlook, and it has increased my productivity and efficiency. Before, I would miss something because I didn't go to Salesforce directly to open a Case; I'm now opening Cases for everything directly from inside Outlook using Revenue Grid.
Our organization requires us to coordinate meetings with multiple teams, which makes scheduling complicated. Revenue Grid lets you add multiple team members to a shared calendar so the client only sees/can book meetings when everyone is available.
I wish we could change a shared calendar link after it's created. If you make a mistake, you need to start over and create a new shared calendar link. This only takes ~1 minute, but it's a bit inconvenient.
Streamlined scheduling of client meetings where multiple team members were involved. We've eliminated a ton of back-and-forth trying to coordinate times that fit everyone's schedules.
Very convenient to access and upload/download info from Gmail suite. It uploads any necessary info into our salesforce account from Gmail, and I can even edit any needed information straight from there. Saves time and a lot of navigating around. Plus it pulls in any data from the previous couple of days so nothing is missed.
Downside would only be having to go through and back edit any info that was not uploaded correctly- BUT you should also be able to do that right on the extension if needed. Some of the directions were hard to follow at first or the errors didnt make sense but that has since been cleared up 90%.

I love how easy Revenue Grid makes things when communicating with donors and uploading their information to their SalesForce record. It's great that the tool is embedded into Outlook and tracks the conversation automatically.
There isn't anything that comes to mind when it comes to disliking Revenue Grid. The service is great and I don't have any complaints.

This product seamlessly integrates with your email platform (we use MS Outlook) and also with your sales CRM (we use Salesforce) - you can save valuable time when receiving an email by connecting directly to records in your CRM - OR by being able to quickly and easily create a new object such as a Lead or Account and associating it with other objects (if any are already defined) within the CRM. This allows you to see at a glance information about the contact with whom you are exchanging email, talking on the phone, etc. Since email can be difficult to search, and associating email exchanges with customers in a shared CRM for your company can be essential to carrying on long-term relationships, especially when staff may change, the ability to enhance record-keeping can be vital to long-term success!
I haven't found a downside yet, but since I use it every minute of my working day, when I find any I will be sure to let you know!
The main problem being addressed is the essential integration of email & my company's shared CRM (Salesforce) - time / effort is saved by being able to quickly and easily find / view CRM objects for comparison / background information when responding to emails, and being able to associated emails received / sent with objects in the CRM mean crucial non-email based activity carried-on within the CRM is enriched with full data from associated emails.
Implemetation and Integration with our company platform is seemless with alot of features and easy to use and the customer support is very flexible, we as a Sales and Service based company have to use Revenue Grid frequently.
I personally never noticed any downside to it as whenever I struck at somewhere I reach out to the Revenue Grid team and they always came back with a solution.
