What do you like best about Revelation helpdesk?
Easy and straignfoward to use and onboard. The cloud-based approach makes it easy to implement with a simple onboarding process. As a daily user of the ticketing system, I find it easy to use since it integrates with outlook. The customer support is also great readily available via support email, and sometimes a call away if needed. easy tracking of the tickets helps me remain organized, with intuitive reporting on the tickets and issues raised.
What do you dislike about Revelation helpdesk?
The reporting and data export features are limited whcuh I feel should be improved to further enhance generating of feature-rich datasets. However, I am satisfied with the working of the product.
What problems is Revelation helpdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company deals with transport services. The various stakeholders raise tickets for other inhouse products which we use. I have to log them in the ticketing system to ensure our developers work on them. Users raise the tickets, which in return are created on revelation helpdesk. Once an issue is resolved, we mark it as completed. This has improved the overall satisfaction of all employees in our company. Saves time and keeps tracking easy.

Incorporating Revelation Helpdesk has provided significant improvement in the provision of virtual customer support. The ticketing system provides the ability to organize requests in the queue and has various reminders to remember to answer them.
What do you dislike about Revelation helpdesk?
Revelation helpdesk is somewhat limited on the side of reporting options, especially in terms of providing agent statistics, rating customer satisfaction or tracking ticket resolution patterns.
What problems is Revelation helpdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
Revelation Helpdesk can solve the need for an independent on-premise help desk solution. Access is made possible wherever there is the internet connection, which improves our team’s versatility.

What do you like best about Revelation helpdesk?
Revelation is a very flexible solution that starts with a free plan and can go up to $59 per license a month, and in this case you will get real-time project tracking, handy and powerful visual insights, and even phone support. A paid license can also bring in a self service interface, chat, dashboard, and much more.
What do you dislike about Revelation helpdesk?
It would be nice to have the chat and self service features in the free version — or at least one of these two. I also had some problems while uploading a profile image - bumped into it twice and then I just forgot about it. However, this should not have happened.
Recommendations to others considering Revelation helpdesk?
Try the Core edition before deciding to purchase - it might be your perfect choice or not.
What problems is Revelation helpdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am planning to use Revelation to provide assistance to various clients. Now I am only trying the Core free edition, but I might switch to a paid plan in the future.

Good Option for remote teledesk
What do you like best about Revelation helpdesk?
We used to have live agents on site and this enabled us to be significantly more efficient.
What do you dislike about Revelation helpdesk?
The ramp up was a little more difficult that i am used to.
What problems is Revelation helpdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
The crazy expense associated with keeping someone on site full time for customer service.

Its a good ticketing and user-friendly application with good reminder settings and moreover do not require any manual or documents to use this application.
