Customer satisfaction with live chat. It boosts my business by improving customer experience. Its live chat, automation, and analytics features are all useful for businesses looking to increase conversions and improve customer satisfaction.

What do you dislike about REVE Chat?

Only 14 days free trial. It should be increased I think so.

What problems is REVE Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was looking for ways to increase conversions and customer satisfaction by providing quick and efficient communication with my website visitors. REVE Chat is a web-based software that is user-friendly, easy to navigate and customizable tools. It helps me to boost sales and conversion rates. I got good experience with REVE Chat so far.

The interface / operating system is user-friendly.

I Love how it has all the chats in one window/tab instead of having multiple open

also love the options of having the files and other attachments - kinda like an express email / chat app

so far no issues with the chat app at the moment

I like The live chat add-on of the REVE Chat software for my WordPress website, I also like the features such as screen sharing and joint navigation, department management, and the best to be able to customize the interaction of each client through multiple channels.

What do you dislike about REVE Chat?

Outgoing messages tend to take a bit but nothing that cannot be improved, software with unbeatable features.

A simple and highly customizable live chat solution, friendly user interface and dashboard, intuitive chat window, I recommend REVE Chat software.

What problems is REVE Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Perfect solution to my WordPress website, with the REVE Chat live chat addon I can add live chat to every page of my website. To respond to the chats, I can log in to the control panel, from the web control panel or mobile applications.

Live Chat Software for my Ecommerce Website

I have used REVE Chat for my ecommerce portal where I sometimes need to show a live product to my website visitors. Along with live chat, I can do voice and video chat as well With REVE Chat. Though it is very easy to use, I would also like to tag my visitors based on chat conversations. I think they need to add this feature to make it more attractive for business owners like me who want to more control on the data. Overall excellent software for my shopify store.
