Today I visited Revs for a bottomless…

Today I visited Revs for a bottomless brunch, to celebrate my daughters A Level results.
Our server, Daniel, was the happiest, loveliest guy ever. He was attentive and very approachable. He has absolutely made my daughter’s day and he deserves a medal!!!! A massive thank you to him for this experience xx

"Rev human transcribers way better than AI"

What do you like best about Rev?

Rev is most helpful in that they understand different speakers with different accents and English proficiency and can turn recordings into written transcripts very quickly and often ahead of schedule.

What do you dislike about Rev?

There are not too many things about Rev that are anything to dislike. I think that if there dedicated trancribers to particular subjects that would be good. It may also be good to know where the transcribers are located.

What problems is Rev solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rev helps me conduct interviews without having to worry about missing any pertinent details. I can ask more follow up questions that occur to me in the course of the interview.

It's the best transcription service for interviews that I've found to date - very clear and fast.

The price per month could be a little lower.

"Very fast and accurate transcription, even from a marginal recording"

What do you like best about Rev?

I do a lot of telephone interviews for articles I write for web content. I had been using human transcription services via Fiverr, but they were sometimes slow to respond and complete the job. My first try with Rev was a recording of a VOIP phone call that was less than top quality. The transcript was produced within a few minutes and contained very few errors and/or dropouts. One handy feature is that most paragraphs are tagged with the time index of the recording, making it easy to go back and verify any missed words. I truly did not expect the transcript to be as good as it was.

What do you dislike about Rev?

I was apprehensive about using a new service, especially one that is AI-powered. I no longer have that anxiety. Rev will be my go-to from now on.

What problems is Rev solving and how is that benefiting you?

When I'm on deadline, I need fast and accurate transcriptions of interviews. Rev is doing that, and in a cost-effective way.
