Jerica is very helpful.
What do you like best about ReturnLogic?
I like that Return logic is easy to navigate and the automation system is the best upgrade they have done thus far. It takes a lot of work extra work off me and helps me focus more on our customers. I love looking at analytics and love that all the information is at my fingertips. Also, Jerica is super helpful in guiding me and helping to find information. Shes responds the same day and has been a pleasure to work with.
What do you dislike about ReturnLogic?
The only qualm I have is that It takes a day to recognize items have been delivered in the automations system.
What problems is ReturnLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?
You are able to to ask more questions when a customer is returning an item. So then we know exactly what needs to be worked on whether it be sizing, damaged items, gift exchange, etc. You are able to retain customers with how easy the process is. Return logic is constantly growing to make it's site more user Friendly.

The team is fantastic
What do you like best about ReturnLogic?
From the sales team to the onboarding team everyone was friendly and great to work with. They were fast to respond and the sitch to the platform was seamless.
What do you dislike about ReturnLogic?
The platform does not have as many integrations.

Easy to Use and Opertate
What do you like best about ReturnLogic?
I appreciate the seamless experience for customers and direct CX feedback to quality teams.
What do you dislike about ReturnLogic?
I haven't found any quality of return logic to dislike. All features meet our requirements.
What problems is ReturnLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to monitor certain products for transit or manufacturing damage, allowing us to take proactive measures at the source. We have also been able to bridge the gap for customers who have purchased from third parties, ensuring their satisfaction.

Logic allows our customers to start their own return, and we have automation turned on, so the whole process usually completes on its own! Helpful and Easy to Use!
What do you like best about ReturnLogic?
I love that our customers only have to enter their email address (that's the setting we chose) to start their return. Gift returns are easy as well!
What do you dislike about ReturnLogic?
It would be nice if the customer would be able to change their own return.

Just needs optimization
What do you like best about ReturnLogic?
Efficiency. ReturnLogic not only works efficiently for us but has approved our efficiency and given us an opportunity to improve our customer experience in a mass format.
What do you dislike about ReturnLogic?
Navigation needs work. There are a lot of spent hours on 'nav' alone. Optimize for faster approvals

Our return process has finally become organized. Having the foundation of a software that helps us organize our returns has given us room to create more opportunity for rapport with our customers! Strong.

Return Logic is an Excellent Option
What do you like best about ReturnLogic?
I love the way Return Logic integrates with platforms I already use.
What do you dislike about ReturnLogic?
Sometimes, it feels a little convoluted. My rep is always super helpful, but its not always straightforward if I want to make adjustments in the system.
What problems is ReturnLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Return Logic, we were processing returns manually. Return Logic automated everything so that our customers no longer have to contact us to return or exchange their items. It gave us a bigger brand appearance.

A customizable, user friendly interface that can scale in tandem with business growth
What do you like best about ReturnLogic?
The platform itself is largely intuitive. The settings are easy to adjust and offer a wide range of customization. This has the potential to be complex but Return Logic has categorized the settings in a way that's very easy to understand and change.
What do you dislike about ReturnLogic?
I can't think of any downsides quite yet.
Recommendations to others considering ReturnLogic?
Fine tune your return reasons to allow for accurate analytics.
What problems is ReturnLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're trying to reduce our time spent on managing return analytics. Since we have a tech product there are lots of problems that arise and Return Logic makes it immensely easier to accurately track.
