It takes a little bit of time to learn certain features or ways of doing something, but once you do there are no issues.
We used to have issues with automated reporting, but with tagging features it has allowed us to export and cut data in any way we want
Everybody that you will interact with is extremely helpful and pleasant and they go well beyond expectations to help in any way they can. Phil and Stan answer questions 24/7 and are always willing to make recommendations and introductions. The service itself is intuitive, customizable and powerful and our results have improved infinitely since moving to Retreaver.
Reporting could be evolved some, but downsides are extremely limited.
Retreaver handles extremely complex routing decisions instantaneously and efficiently. The trust in the platform allows me to pay attention to results and our productively has increased dramatically as a result.
We have been using Retreaver for the past few years to route calls. We have recently begun using some advanced features and it is amazing to see the capabilities! I am not a "tech" guy and could never do this without the help of their outstanding support team. They have taught me how to use the tool and have always been Johnny on the Spot when I have a question. I highly recommend Retreaver for your call routing, tracking, and buyer availability pings.
The tool has more functionality than I believe they advertise or at least a non-tech guy like myself would understand how to use it. However, they do a great job of helping you once you ask.
1. We just started using a pre-ping to see if a buyer has available advisors before sending them the call. This is super helpful.
2. We also use Retreaver to give our buyers access to their billable leads.

Me having total control over callflow, campaign buyers and publishers at the same time is the best thing about using retreaver.

Some UI is difficult at first glance, but the support team is really great at teaching us fairly quickly.

I have found Retreaver to be the easier product to use vs the other 3 systems I currently have to manage for our call campaigns. I can get things set up in a matter of minutes, literally and the support has been way above expectations. From data exports for optimization review, customized routing solutions & data flow, to easy access for our clients to review their own calls, Retreaver gets the job done.
Small learning curve, but to be expected.
Setting up clients for calls is one thing, but not every system lets you manage the life of the call. To be able to see the entire call flow from beginning to end has tremendously helped with improving and troubleshooting so that we can help our clients review, optimize & scale.
