I originally reviewed several products offering the same or a similar solution. I found Retently the most user friendly experience.
I would like to be able to export data more simply with the package we have but don't think we can.

We reviewed about 8 firms before selecting Retently to assist us with our new NPS project. Our onboarding process couldn't have been smoother! I know that NPS is a deceptively simple survey that produces excellent results when the open-ended questions/responses are correctly designed. Daniela took us from our ideal and helped us implement the survey in a very timely manner. She has been such a joy to work with! In addition, the owner, Greg, was involved in our initial conversations and has been very responsive and helpful in setting up our accounting properly. The results we have already received (in 2 weeks since our official launch) have been overwhelming, mostly positive, and helpful. The analytics have been designed to provide our leadership the information they are looking for from our clients. We plan to expand our survey program over time, and I am looking forward to that experience as well!
I really don't have much to say that I dislike. I am aware that the firm's employees are physically spread out, and I had concerns about how that would affect responsiveness. I am delighted to report that this has never been an issue. Every single person (except an initial salesperson who left the firm) has been extremely responsive. In fact, when that salesperson left the firm, I received a timely follow-up from the firm's owner, helping me get my questions answered. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the firm.
At the beginning of the year, our leadership team set a goal to get current, actionable feedback from our clientele. We ran a survey in 2016 that had many questions, and our response rate wasn't the best. With the current round of surveying, our team wanted to be able to gather feedback and take action on any neutral or negative feedback. So far, the program is working better than even our Retently consultant, Daniela, expected, and we couldn't be more pleased!
Ease of use and simple reporting. The Basic license we have is enough to get us going for now. Once we have a more established setup and adoption I would increase the license to get more useful features.
The only thing I dislike is when reporting on feedback tags, it doesn't always match up the NPS dashboard for that month. Also, clicking on 'view more' takes you to the reporting screen and then you have to reinput all the filters again.
Retently does what it says on the tin. I reviewed a couple of products and this one was simple to demo and then implement. It has been a game-changer in reporting on our current services being offered to our customers and offering feedback back to the teams supporting our clients. The options in which we can get surveys out to customers are great and the email NPS scoring is simple for our customers to use.
Evaluating the services offered and the customer feedback loop was something we had missing for some time. The reporting I get back from Retently has made a huge difference in how we report back to companies and has helped input and prioritise our continuous service improvement plan. It also plays a part in rewarding the team as feedback about the agents working on tickets is adequately as important as getting feedback on the service. The team feel more empowered and know they are doing a good job.
Retently is a very easy to use software
for surveying customers. We have it set to send using a trigger from our CRM through Zapier and it is set to send twice over a period of a few days leading to a high response rate and useful information for us to continue to improve and serve our customers well.

It is an easy platform to use. You can also have information sync from your CRM and connect to different data points.
If you need more than 10 surveys, you will have to pay an additional price. It would be great if it was unlimited surveys.

Solved the NPS questionnaire plus reporting
Retently's customer support is some of the best I've experienced. Not only do they respond quickly, their answers are thorough and often customized for my exact issue. They take the time to go above and beyond to ensure we're utilizing their tools to their fullest capacity.
I've found nothing to dislike about this product
I appreciate being able to understand better what our users' experiences are and to test out different messaging with them.
I hardly ever get this passionate about software, but Retently has blown my mind. It's super easy to use, it takes no time to configure a campaign and launch it. The interface is well-thought and intuitive, very different from other clumsy survey tools out there.
I found that Retently has the best out-of-the-box survey design that works well on mobile and desktop. It has also a ton of features that make the surveys highly customisable and powerful.
I've been finding their documentation and content extremely helpful, it answered every question I had and guided me through some extra features I could use that I didn't know about. It also integrates with so many apps.
Lastly, their support is on point. Alex is always really fast and incredibly detailed when helping me.

Understanding what customers think of our product and service
We use Retently for NPS surveys. The product offers easy-to-run standard methods for survey campaigns, but it is flexible enough that we can customize our plan. Survey results are clear and easy to understand. The data can be tagged, filtered, and exported. No matter what specific questions I'm asked about the data, Retently gives me a way to find the answer.
They also offer an embedded chat that is answered quickly. I don't have to leave a message or work my way up through support tiers. I get the info I need right there, right away.
The product is easy to understand, but I did need clarification occasionally. The documentation is good and the support is great, so ultimately this isn't an issue.
