What do you like best about ResyOS?
I like that Resy partners with a wide range of restaurants in my area and offers personalized recommendations based on my taste profile.
What do you dislike about ResyOS?
The Resy Notify feature does not work consistently.
What problems is ResyOS solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resy helps me book reservations without having to call restaurants on the phone.

Allows our customers to make reservations. Allows us to collect the customer data.

Nothing really! Support help could be a bit more timely...

Solves a reservation system, and if we wanted to also collect payments for events.

The grid is resy doesn't self correct. That's the only real downside

No need to worry about getting into the restaurant of your choice when you can make a reservation directly from your phone on the walk over! Quick and easy reservations with helpful text message reminders
What do you like best about ResyOS?
I like that I can easily make reservations, modify and cancel them as needed as well. I also like that I receive text message reminders about upcoming reservations and can change them from my phone. I even had a restaurant manager text me through Resy to let me know that their kitchen was under construction and I would not be able to order food that day. Very helpful information.
What do you dislike about ResyOS?
I do not like that very many restaurants are not on the Resy service. I know this is a case by case thing but it would be more useful with more restaurant offerings. I also do not like that only a few tables are bookable through Resy, while the restaurant can often manually book a reservation even when Resy says that nothing is available.
What problems is ResyOS solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy scheduling of meals.

What do you like best about ResyOS?
Nice layout and features, usually fast. The color scheme is nice
What do you dislike about ResyOS?
The steps to unseat a table are too much - several clicks and swipes. Also online reservations do not stay toggled off.
