One of the best tech companies I've ever worked with
I have used Restream for years, and I quite honestly don't know of another tech company as innovative and service-oriented. I could be mid-stream or have a few questions in the middle of the night, and their tech team is responsive and always points me in the right direction. Plus, the support team is kind and treats every stream as if it's their own.

I have tried a few other companies but keep returning: high quality, high performance, high stability, and top-tier support.

If you have any issues (which are far and few between), reach out to support. They are rock solid.

Restream helped me unify platforms
Restream really helped me unify my brand on multiple platforms. The desktop chat option makes it so I can connect with anyone who comes to my events. I even included discord. I can’t believe how fun my stream was once I had everything setup.

Update 4-19-2024:
Unfortunately, Dell, Elgato and myself had to provide a resolution to resolve the annoying sound distortion that was resulting in unprofessional live broadcasts anytime we would move or open pictures during the live stream.
We are not faulting the technical support team. We believe they have not been provided all the tools by restream. To this day, we have not heard a response from the development team leaving us with no urgent resolution. We find that concerning especially since a premium was paid.

Now that we are on a new platform, we do not have those issues. Elgato received no compensation for their technical support But both Dell and elgato determined that it was not their equipment or any of our settings. Thus, the problem was occurring with the restream platform.

Again, we're not faulting individuals on the technical support team, but restream should have responded to us in a timely fashion instead of leaving us with no resolution. Fortunately, we provided a resolution by moving to another platform.
