"Good employee management software"
What do you like best about RestaurantOps?

It is an application with a good design, dynamic besides that its interface is very intuitive, it allows to manage the administrative processes associated to the employees of my business, between which we have assignment of positions of work, schedules, cumplimientos of roles, additionally incorporated a tool of communication between employees and employer, where they can make requests such as: requests of permission, vacations or rotation of schedules. Another aspect to emphasize is the faculty of calculation of payment of salaries according to the fulfillment of schedule, that is to say a nominal invoicing.

What do you dislike about RestaurantOps?

I would like it to have greater customization capacity in relation to the insertion of our business logo, or that the name of the business is announced somewhere on the page and that although it is true that it can be customized with respect to the roles of employees, names, at the level of business identification of the account is a little deficient.

What problems is RestaurantOps solving and how is that benefiting you?

This program is vital in our business, is the virtual manager of our human resources department, because through the management of all administrative processes of our payroll, we tested many programs, until we came to RestaurantOps, which was fully adapted to our requirements, just log in to verify any information stored in the nue of our nominal base, from permits to employee payments, has been very effective its performance, in addition to help us greatly with the planning and execution of the schedule or schedule of rotating work of the employees, watching and monitoring their compliance, as well as a good distribution of working hours among the entire team to avoid or prevent individual wear of employees after long hours of work because in the business of restoring work tasks are strong and extensive.

What do you like best about RestaurantOps?

Working for a hospitality chain business and having to land a position in the restaurant, this software is for keeps. I love the HR platform for restaurants. Especially now that you can use their mobile application. This has made employees find their work places with ease and communication between coworkers has been made easier. Employees have become three times more productive than before and this has seen the company witness tremendous profits throughout the period that we started using the software.

We have toned down on the use of company emails, employees can now sign into their working locations and find everything they need to know there. Management intervention during communication has greatly reduced by about 80%. They can send messages, view their weekly calendar and trade shifts as well. The premium version allows for shift control and swaps by the management.

What do you dislike about RestaurantOps?

There is very little on accounting and you would definitely need another software if accounting is burdening. On the part of employee scheduling, we are yet to identify any hitches. So far so good.

What problems is RestaurantOps solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problem - Bulk paper work and problems communicating especially on urgent matters concerning the restaurant activities.

Benefits - Totally out on paperwork like assigning duties and lists have to e stuck almost everywhere. Quite a lift on the general appearance of the restaurant rooms and walls.

Easier communication on shifts, working days and tasks since employees just log in and find everything there. Monitoring on the side of the management has got a break from the difficult task. Productivity is on another level. Like I said three times.
