Potentially way too many reports but we just were signed up so other things may come up.

It has really helped with inventory. The ability to run reports for multiple locations. The AP capture team is great. I've used other programs but this has been the most accurate one I've used. They help you to be able to tie everything together. From purchasing the products, creating a recipe and attaching to your POS button to help deplete your inventory. To counting and telling you where are the areas you can improve. I love how helpful R365 TEAM is as well. They want you to succeed. They have made is much easier to do everything in 1 system vs having 3 different systems.

This is my second company that uses restaurant 365. I am now a corporate trainer for this platform at Lessing's Hospitality Inc. R365 is easily teachable and extremely user friendly. Our accounting and operations trainers have been patient and comfortable to work with. Jesse Brown & David Mortensen take the time to explain the platform and always welcome questions. They are always available outside our zoom forum. The implementation process was informal and familiar. Great experience.
The biggest down fall is that you are not able to delete items out of the database.

I love pulling up multiple locations side by side in one report and having commissaries and transfers seamless
Commissaries orders should have processing option with packing slips having lines to fill in prices and amounts and then ship and fulfill option should not without automatically enter the same amount order as fulfilled.
Also scheduling is still clunky and sometimes gets double posted or lost.

R365 is a great software with so many useful tools. from accounting to menu engineering, helps me use my time more efficiently. The reporting is very detailed and directly influences on food cost and overall expenses.
For non accounting professionals, language can be an issue. The worse is NOT HAVING a SUPPORT PHONE line. Opening tickets for high volume restaurant managers is not helpfull when needeing immidiate assistance
