I enjoy the quality of their customer service and support when necessary. I appreciate their professionalism in all stages of the process. Compared to other survey sites Respondent is one of the best for all involved.

Respondent allows screeners only 3 opportunities to apply in a 24-hour period. Some days there are several survey opportunities, and for several days there will be none. I feel they might do better to allow more screening opportunities than 3, knowing there is a slim to none chance you will be chosen for all of them. A limit is fine, three just seems too low on some occasions. It limits good screeners.

I know of nothing they are working on to improve the quality of matching screeners to a number of screenings. Also, I do not have a business email and this has limited me the opportunity to share much professional knowledge and experience.

Respondent offers high-paying studies that can help you generate side income from doing studies, surveys or share your feedback on focus groups.

You do not get chosen for all the studies that you do screeners for, sometimes it can be discouraging but still Respondent is one of the sites that I know.

It helps connect advertisers with participants and I benefit by getting paid for doing the studies that are relevant to me.

It is very helpful to have such a large varity of survey in which to chose. They also have excellent customer support.

I can honestly say I have yet to find a downside. I have been with them only a few months, but I have not found the downside.

Not enough appointment time options but I was able to change my work schedule to squeeze it in. Evening appointments would have been a nice option.

Their customer support is excellent,they help you effectively. The entire user interface is ease of use. Ease of implementation while screening tests and taking meetings. feeatures they have while searching project like filtering according to you interests is good. And integrating the the ui of respondent with a userzoom feature is a good idea. Ithink I will use respondent frequently from now onwards.
