I enjoy the quality of their customer service and support when necessary. I appreciate their professionalism in all stages of the process. Compared to other survey sites Respondent is one of the best for all involved.
Respondent allows screeners only 3 opportunities to apply in a 24-hour period. Some days there are several survey opportunities, and for several days there will be none. I feel they might do better to allow more screening opportunities than 3, knowing there is a slim to none chance you will be chosen for all of them. A limit is fine, three just seems too low on some occasions. It limits good screeners.
I know of nothing they are working on to improve the quality of matching screeners to a number of screenings. Also, I do not have a business email and this has limited me the opportunity to share much professional knowledge and experience.
