We use ResortSuite within the Spa. It allows the booking of appointments, the settling of financial accounts, and customer history. We have many benefits including the easy of the system and the layout. The color coordination is also very helpful.

The UX is unintuitive. Buttons are often unclearly labeled and its sometimes difficult to know the exact information you're looking at because several fields have very similar titles.
