What do you like best about ResNexus?

The seamless process that my customer finds to reserve with us.

What do you dislike about ResNexus?

Only one thing. If we have a return customer, and they have previously filled out a request in the Special Field, that remark shows up for future bookings. For example, "Using our Gift Certificate for this stay". That is good information for the booking they mean it for, but this remark will come up again in future bookings.

Recommendations to others considering ResNexus:

If you want confidence in your reservation system, ResNexus will absolutely provide that.

What problems is ResNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have full confidence that reservations are being conveyed to us. We also have full confidence that double bookings will never happen.

What do you like best about ResNexus?

The Grid is very well designed and easy to keep track of reservations. Good price point. No long term contracts. ResNexus can be used for a simple small business function or as a more complex hotel management software.

What do you dislike about ResNexus?

The new widget is too simple looking. If it had more detail I would implement it on our website.

Very professional reservation software. Easy to setup, learn and use. The reports tool is very useful for making business decisions. There is a new feature that transforms the ResNexus software into a channel manager in addition to just a direct booking engine.

Their customer service/support is terrific.

What do you dislike about ResNexus?

Updating room rates is too time consuming. Front end is not intuitive to guests seeking to reserve a room.

Guests can make reservations on line freeing us up to handle other aspects of business.

I like that ResNexus is easy to use and has great marketing tools to help upsell more ammenities for the guest experience.

Support is always very helpful and patient in resolving any programming issues.

Would like to see the side bar fixed for specials and packages to be date driven when guests are booking online.

What do you like best about ResNexus?

ResNexus has had top notch customer support, in particular Lena Fleming, who has assited us with our initial set up and has provided training on how to really take our property to the next level using this software. The month to month contract with affordable price point made it easier to make the leap without feeling too nervous. The ease of use for our employees and guests looking to stay with us has been extremely helpful in the transition! From the first presentation we could see how user friendly the system was and how easy it would be to get our staff on board with using new software.

What do you dislike about ResNexus?

At this time we don't have anything notable to write regarding dislikes.We are eager to continue learning how ResNexus can support our seasonal camping and glamping rentals at Blue Mountain Resort. One thing that might be helpful for our situation would be an embed tool rather than a link to the booking engine.

Recommendations to others considering ResNexus:

I would highly recommend ResNexus especially if feel the products you are offering might be slightly complicated or "different" than your traditional hotel room set up. Their customer service team is incredible at making the system work for you and beyond.

What problems is ResNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?

Primarily, we needed an easy way for guests to book a stay with us - and an easy way for our employees to know who was coming, when, where they were staying, for how long, etc. This solves all of these issues. It has added the functionality of improving our internal communication to housekeeping staff, security staff, etc. We are excited to utilize the texting feature for more upselling to guests who are on site - letting them know about yoga classes or specials at our restuarants. The ability to email welcome emails, thank you emails as well as text messaging prior to and after check in will really help the properyt as a whole run smoother. It will give a central point of contact for guests that will be accessible to them throughout their stay.

What do you like best about ResNexus?

The ease of use has been super helpful and time saving for our clients.

We have helped our clients use this tool to keep there day to day processes organized and inline.

This tool allows our clients to keep track of available rooms, upsell customers and gives us the right amount of reporting we need to show them.

What do you dislike about ResNexus?

If you aren't familiar with technical work this could be a little challenge to set up but there are plenty of resources out there to help you do so.

This tool will help revolutionize your process when it comes to helping your rental property clients out.
