I love that no matter what I am working on, ResMan will not allow to move forward until all needed info is entered. Such a timesaver

There is nothing that I would say I dislike about ResMan

It saves time and brain power working on Lease Renewals and making sure my accounts are kept up-to-date

Nothing dislike in resman. all features are awesome.

Lease Renewal

I like how easy it is to navigate and even easier to train someone who is new to the software. Our managment team has used this software for a few years now.

One thing that could be worked on is the message system. It would be helpful if our resdients could see who the messages were coming from without us having to use the characters to show who's the sender.

Rent payments, Community communication and checks and balances.

The acctual Help button! lol The way everything is laid out. I mean anyone can use this software. I have used others in the past they were unnecessary complicated.

I have noticed anything that I do not like about it.

I am making sure payments are added to the tenant accounts. I am moving new residents in and old residents out.

There is this amazing team that runs Resman in the background and for that, I am grateful. If there is an issue, it is handled for the most part. We love Resmania and we love our reps!

Sometimes we get pushback on fixes, so I wish that there was more openness when we know the fix, and there is more research.

Just the ease of daily operations in general.

How easy it is to use. It is super user friendly.

That if someone is on notice to vacate and they dont move out, it doesn't charge them rent.

IT solves issues with being organized.

That you can do everything you need to with the software

SCREENING AND LEASE WRITING IN ONE

I love how I am able to do everything all on ResMan! All of my documents are there and if I ever have to add any kind of document all I have to do is scan the document to my computer and upload it to ResMan it is so easy, helpful, and AMAZING! When having to add an applicant it is so easy to do because it is so detailed and simple! It takes you to each step that you have to do to make sure you ALWAYS do it correct and you don't miss anything important!

I wish that when some calls like a resident or prospect, their information pops up and would populate their unit and all of their information.

ResMan is solving the problem of not loosing applications or any kind of documentation that goes with an apartment application! When someone is applying all they have to do is upload it and it is right there when I need it! If I need a specific document that is not in the file all I have to do is go to ResMan and there it is! It helps me keep everything in one safe and secure spot so nothing gets lost! It is so incredibly easy to use! ResMan is the most convenient and easiest property management program I have EVER used! I hope I never ever have to use any other program other than ResMan

As someone who came into the property management business with no prior experience, Resman has been so easily learned to navigate and work on. I would recommend using Resman to any company. Read the manual provided, and explore!

I have yet to find anything that has been negative about Resman.

Resman has access to all information needed, and desired to make a consultants job easy, and quickly navigatable.

Our company has been using ResMan for about 2 years now and WE ARE LOVING IT!! I really love the layout of the software. We love that it is user friendly. We love that there is a HELP tab with the click of a finger we can find answers to commonly asked questions. If we have any questions the RESMAN team is quick to respond! This software make it really easy to stay organized, and helps you to stay on taslk. We use this software daily! Integration is really user friendly! It was really easy to implement this new software into our daily tasks. I am so glas out company made the switch to ResMan.

What do we dislike about ResMan? To be honest, I have used 5 different softwares for Leasing, and this one takes the cake. I do not have any dislikes with this product.

ResMan checks all the boxes! We use ResMan to follow up with leads, stay on top of expiring/ renewing leases, our residents pay rent with their online resident portal, it has amazing reports, it really solves ALL the problems!
