The powerful way to digitize mobile processes
From my experience, Resco's native mobile offline capabilites with Dynamics 365 are second to none. Unlike other options which limit what you can and can't do offline, Resco provides full functionality without any connectivity required.
Not too thrilled with requiring "Super User" licenses for configuraton and management. Also would wish for more control over licenses such as a way to self-serve licenses by "pulling" or transfering them into an environment instead of needing a request to Resco to associate licenses to a specific environment.
Solving the requirement for unrestricted offline capability is the primary benefit.
Resco is always forward thinking and looking to ensure that their products are not just early adopters of technology but also best in class. Their support group is very helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure that your experience is one that is as easy as possible from implementatoin to daily use.
I currently can't think of anything that I dislike about Resco Platform as we use Resco in other areas of our business and are looking ot Platform to possibly meet some opportunities we have to enhance our business processes.
We are hoping that Resco Platform can be used to create our work order initiation by our salesmen and then the integration process into our ERP.
Resco Mobile CRM is a fantastic platform that simplifies our business operations. We opted for Microsoft Dataverse (Dynamics) as our backend for integration, and our experience has been seamless thanks to their robust support system and comprehensive learning resources like Resco Academy which is free.
Resco is easy to install and enables different app projects to be designed for different departments within the company, effectively streamlining operations and making the CRM truly versatile.
We use Resco for our day-to-day operations, and the user experience is exceptional, thanks to the Woodford admin centre.
The ability to sync our calendars, appointments, and its compatibility with mobile platforms like iOS and Android with desktop operating systems like Windows and macOS is great.
This CRM has enabled us to effectively manage our engineers and representatives, making life easier for everyone across our organization.
While Resco has made significant strides in addressing frequent crashes, some users have reported ongoing issues. However, the latest updates have shown promising improvements in stability.

The Resco platform is the most powerful enterprise mobility platform that I know. The tools are designed to support mobile field workers where it is needed, even offline without any internet connection. Tools like Inspections solve real world business challenges in an easy to use and manageable way.
We use the Resco products in a lot of customer projects and we're receiving pretty good feedback. The customizing options are easy to use and powerful at the same time.
The pricing can be challenging in combination with costly Dynamics 365 licenses. But no customer of us regreds the decision to relay on Resco technology.

As we work in a very regulated area, we need to be able to perform complex inspections and generate complete reports.
Resco allow us to do all of that but offline (with no internet interaction). This is the only solution that allow that.
The scalability,of the platform and it's continued enhancments.
At times the documentation is lacking so you spend a lot of time trying different things to get the solution to work. Also there is a lack of consistency regarding functionality across products.
It is a solution that you can quickly standup and present a working solution.
It works offline where other platforms do not.
It is a single platform that works across multiple mobile hardware devices.
Flexibility, integrations and great customer listening. Implementation is quite easy.
I suggest to work on UI and graphics following latest UI themes.

The form designer is very powerful. I can design an offline form that can do anything the customer is asking for. The tools for report design and managing users are very well designed. The API works perfectly and I can configure the backend database to any need we have. Support is very quick and always have a useful answer. Resco is constantly adding new capabilities to the plaform, there by keeping it up to date with the latest trends. All in all, the perfect offline mobile solution.
Some functions are not the most intuative so it can be a lot of trial and error before I get it. ( but i always figure it out in the end )
Customers were looking to eliminate their paper forms. They operate in a harsh environment with limited internet so offline was a must.
We did this by converting over 20 paper forms to the Resco app and integrating that into our backoffice system using the API.
There is a tight integration with Microsoft Power Platform and gives the ability to develop sophisticated mobile offline applications.
Even without coding most riqurements can be solved. If somethin is not possible out of the box it can be provided by additional custom coding with JavaScript. Synchronisation with the backend and usage is very fast, even when there are milions of records synchronized to the offline client.
Even medium complex solutions can be developed in a couple of days. Additional modules like route planning, inspections, guides and so on can be easily integrated and increase the value of this solution.
Multiple new releases are published each year in order to support newer features of the microsoft plattform promptly.
Even without complex development the client is easy to use for end users and is working much faster than the web client of the underlying Microsoft platform.
The responsive layout of the application allows to use the identical solution on tablet and smartphones and even on Windows PC's.
Even if the development environment is very powerful, it sometimes requires a lot of creativity to find the right solution
