Reputation Reviews

It is very user friendly. I love the AI feature to help create posts and reply to reviews. I used SoCi prior to Reputation.com and by far, I prefer Reputation.com! I have reached out to the customer support in the past and they are very prompt and and easy to get through to. The implementation process was smooth and seemless as well as the training. Our office uses Reputation.com on a weekly basis and we generally scheduled our posts a month in advance which is great! The integration was easy and works great with IG, FB, and Google!

I do not have anything negative to say about Reputation to date!

Honest, the real thing I like about Reputation is that we can be as knowledgeable as possible and keep track of all the ratings of all the properties.

It just the back end can be a little slow at time.

The site is amazing! very easy to navigate and friendly. Support is provided at all times. Love the number of times I use it through the day to see the feed back.

not much to dislike but the system dose has Areas in were some of the tabs don't respond. Some of the tabs are difficult to integrate once removed. But is overall easy to implement in daily activity's.

Some of my google revies implied long wait time.

I love that people are able to leave reviews on multiple different platforms, then I can respond to them all in one easy to use format! I also love the ease of sending out requests for reviews. The pre-filled emails are professional and sound sincere. If you want to edit them to make them your own, you can do that too!

The dashboard layout and ease of use, it also is very easy to log into and quickly which improves workflow.

Sometimes when searching for properties with the filter drop down list won't reset without clicking all before you can search again, which is an extra 3 clicks that don't seem necessary.

Reputation helps to check the surveys and constantly monitor the reviews from the residents. Its very easy to use.

Sometimes its a bit slow and lagging. But otherwise its great.

The platform is very intuitive. You can figure it out fairly quickly with little training. Additionally, it saves time since you can respond to reviews on multiple sites with it.

There are some review sites Reputation is not compatible with. However, I am sure they are working to implement these as times goes on.

Reputation consolidates reviewing to resident reviews, so you can log on to the site and review them all at once. Additionally, it alerts you that new reviews are ready so you do not have to log in aimlessly and check.
