Reputation loop is very simple to use to help a new or old business gain customers because of their excellent reputation!
I can't really think of anything I didn't like about reputation loop.
My business has gained many new customers because of great reviews and recommendations from customers. It was definitely the easiest and most cost effective way to bring in customers.
These software is an excellent way to get reviews on most major social media sites. The pricing is reasonable as well.

RepLoop is what we use in our local / digital marketing agency every day with several dozen clients. It has the best mix of features and usability of anything out there, and believe me when I say we have tested/tried them all. Customer support is highly responsive on the rare occasion we've had to contact them.
Although it doesn't really affect us, one additional feature that would be nice would be greater support for countries outside of the US.

I like this because it's easy to configure, easy to understand, and easy to manage on a long term basis. Also they have some great new features added all the time. This system allows us to allow the customer to manage their own account, or we can manage it for them as well. very flexible and gives us the comfort knowing our clients are protected from the worst reviewers.
It's pretty good...its sometimes hard to upload .csv files, but they seem to be working on getting that working better.
Jump in...don't hesitate, it's one of the best additions to our marketing by far.
Because we have Reputation marketing as a part of our overall marketing plan for clients, we don't have a lot of time or money to allocate to this piece. That is why this is perfect for us so we can do a great job, but not have to spend a ton of time doing stuff to get great results.
Reputation Loop makes it easy to get customers to leave reviews. They get posted to big sites like Google and Facebook. It simply texts or emails the customer and asks if they want to leave a review. Genius
I dislike the price. It is about 4x more expensive than competitors.
I am able to track reviews and upkeep with my companies rating.If a customer has a bad experience I can easily contact them and try to assist them to ensure they have a better experience next time.
I really like that this is a software that keeps the integrity of reviews in check. It doesn't allow for unfounded reviews to be posted and potentially ruin someone's business. Don't have to worry about one bad apple anymore.
I don't like that it involves a lot of rerouting and interfacing with both mobile devices and computers. The login system was tricky for the first few times. A lot of verification pages, but I know it's all for the betterment of the software.
Give it a shot. Your business will be better off because of it. No more worrying about potential bad incoming reviews.
No longer do we have to worry about irate customers going off on us and posting a review that isn't fair. We value our reviews more highly now, as do people that search for our company online.
It helps us automate customer feedback and manage customer relationships. I like how easy it is to use and that it allows us to reach out to past customers for additional feedback. The reports are also helpful. It is linked with all the major review sites that we use like Yelp, Google+, and FourSquare.
It would be helpful to have more real-time support available to troubleshoot issues.

The ability to drop tons of customers into the automated reviews sequence is great and efficient. Being able to suppress negative reviews but still see and respond to them makes for the perfect balance of gaining good reviews online while still rectifying bad experiences with customers and learning how to improve.
The email setup area is poorly designed. You cant even see the whole email at once. It's kinda confusing where in the email that customers will click to leave their review. I also don't like that for each location of one business has to be set up individually even though they have all the same settings.
It is a great reputation management software that let's us suppress and respond to bad reviews and learn from them while also getting better reviews on sites like Google and Yelp.
