Repuso does all of the time-consuming work for you. It searches all of the top channels, collects your customer/client testimonials, allows you to approve which ones you want to include, and then makes it easy to add these testimonials to your website.
If you don't want their branding, up to the paid service. It's very, very low priced.
I'm only now evaluating Repuso, but it's clear that it's going to be a feature that will interest my clients because showcasing positive reviews will lead to more business. Time is money and this product will save you a lot of time by not having to monitor all the top channels yourself.
I'm just now evaluating the product, but I can already tell that it's one I'll want to recommend to clients when we build their websites. We all know that great reviews mean more customers, but who has the time to monitor all of the channels?
Drive the right kind of traffic with exceptional reviews
Could be more thorough in feedback and reviews
Drive the right traffic with helpful reviews
Getting lots of traffic through reviews
One click integrations with review data provider such as Google, easy whitelabeling with theme and custom domain.
No team setup such as SSO or invite collaborators to co-work on a workspace
It saves our web developer time to setup data fetching/sync on real customer reviews, as long as no need to implement the review website widget by ourselves.
Their review systems especially the fact that you can randomise Google My Business
There are some limitations to Repuso. They don't integrate with say Shopify to do a FOMO system. But this limitation is not a big factor for me still
Very good and useful for most case studies for your business
Helping our clients to showcase reviews properly on their website
Repuso has a wide variety of webites and apps from a number of different industries that you can automatically pull reviews and mentions from.
It's a bit pricier than other solutions that I've tried, but for the value and the features included, I'd still highly recommend it.
Not only are there review website integrations but you can also send webhooks, connect with an API, and trigger Slack messages once a review is postes.
I can automatically collect reviews and testimonials from social media and display them in a consolidated area of a client website. Also, the workflow for adding custom reviews manually is useful.
The ease of use and online help are both very good
Found that updates were slow and not always accurate
try before you buy to make sure it is right for you
crowd sourcing, ad targeting
I like the fact it will bring all the mentions across your social media together in one place. Save you a ton of time and allows you to focus on other things and building relationships. The fact you can then add those reviews (in some cases) to your website as a testimonial is awesome.
When it says every mention of you on social media, it means it. So any time someone @'s you, it's going to show up, and filtering through all of those was a pain because not every @ was a review. The UI was a confusing as well, and again, I used this about a year ago, so I'm sure improvements have been made.
For small business owners like me, I recommend at least checking it out, but please know it will take some work to get it set up and roll out if you're doing it on your own. You've got a lot on your plate as it is, and doing something like this (if you've never done it before) is going to take getting used to.
I stopped using it due to a change in my job and switching things up, but I would consider using it again to gather reviews for my book in order to use them on my website/social media.
I like the ability to monitor my reviews. I like how it gives us the ability to track/monitor different channels & platforms. We can then use positive reviews as testimonials and use it on our website.
It's very basic and straight forward to use. Could use more advanced features like social mention, brand mentions and other reputation tools.
Repuso helps with mointoring your reviews and creating testimonials for your website.
It does collate all the reviews from the channels I need into widgets which I can put on my website. The positioning of our reviews does help us convert more visitors into demonstrations and then more demonstrations into sales.
They are not receptive to product feedback.Simply things like notifications when reviews disappear or the ability to have paid invoices sent emailed to us is the difference between a good product and an amazing one.
Positing reviews on our website. We pretty much use a repuso widget on every page of our website. To either display the review score or a review grid showing all of the reviews we have received.
