Attention to customer service- I've always received prompt response from everyone on their team. I was concerned about using an Israel-based company because I am in Seattle, WA USA and have had bad experience with such a time difference. They are always accommodating to my schedule, they make it easy for me because they handle everything on their end and provide great recommendations. I use them in my marketing agency for my clients and have seen 7-10%+ increase in sales from their chat service that was found money after first implementation. I also enjoy that they are a great reflection on my business. I highly recommend them. If you're not using a chat on your ecommerce site, do yourself a favor and get a chat installed -better yet, use Hello Rep. I've never implemented such a "hands-off" tool that has created such a positive, fast improvement to ROI.
This is hard, because I don't really have a dislike- all the reps are incredibly professional, knowledgable and responsive. I guess the only down side is that they are based in another country (I'm in USA), but I soon realized that was a non-issue as they go out of their way to make themselves available.
They helped with our abandon cart recovery as well as a great addition to any specific campaigns - for example, I have launched a book with a client and used Hello Rep chat to help promote it and drive sales. I've also used it to create a dedicated chat for a landing page for a TV promotion that drives traffic to the landing page- my client was able to eliminate a call center completely and use the Hello Rep chat along with Gorgias integration on Shopify site to handle escalated customer service issues to client's live agents internally.

Rep has consistently allowed us to improve our e-commerce conversion rate. The new chat GPT integration is robust and provides for expert-level questions and answers.
While the back end has improved, a decent learning curve exists to get full value. However, they're actively developing and improving it.
Rep allows us to prioritize and offload customer service interactions. We can now answer intermediate-level product questions instantly and focus on spending "human time" on customers who need it.

I highly recommend Rep.AI. Their AI-powered concierge aka chatbot has helped us to increase our AOV, conversion rate and overall sales. They have some awesome features, like the ability to notify our customers when out-of-stock items come back online. I really like the ability to customize the chatbots responses so that it matches our brands tone of voice. Their recent ChatGPT integration was able to parse all of our sites blog posts, reviews and FAQs to teach the concierge how to answer questions from our customers. This has been a game changer as I often get tired of answering the same question over and over... LOL. The Rep.ai team is super helpful, responsive and even has a dedicated Slack channel where we can get near real time help. The AI is able to answer questions and suggest our bestsellers, our combo packs, segment options through requested categories. Overall, we are very happy with the experience it provides our customers.
The Rep.ai dashboard can be a bit overwhelming and take a while to get used to because there's a lot of features. There's lots of flows and options, but once you become familiar it's pretty easy. You also need to review the AI's answers to customer queries as sometimes it will answer incorrectly. It's super easy to flag incorrect answers and get them fixed on the backend from the Rep.ai customer support team.
The AI concierge is helping us with Customer Support so we can focus on more important tasks.
Their team is great and ready to help whenever you need it. It's nice to have 24/7 customer service chat on our site!
Building flows is difficult and manual, it could definitely be more user friendly!

I love how Rep AI takes the coldness out of tech and makes it feel like you're chatting with a real person. It's not just about algorithms and data, it's about genuinely useful conversations that guide customers through shopping like someone else would. From day one, it's been super easy to get it to match our brand's tone. It's like having an extra team member who’s always ready to help out our customers 24/7. The set up was easy and training it has been easy. It automatically saves conversations making it easy to constantly montior customer concerns and interests. Honestly, it’s tough to find a downside. If I had to pick something, I’d say sometimes the answers can be a little funky but it's very uncommon.
Customer service by far. Rep AI acts as another customer service team member that's there to help 24/7. Because training the chat is so easy we can train it to be the best customer service member! Rep AI is also improving the shopping experience of customers by making it easy to add items to cart and recomending similar products.
