Rentler is very helpful to advertise properties, screen tenants, and collect rent. It took me three times the amount of work before I started using Rentler.

When I managed a multiple unit property, I needed to get support on the line to create multiple payments at the same address. I tried to figure it out on my own and couldn't, but their support was fast and helpful.

Rentler helps me manage all my properties the same way and helps me not need to use an additional management company. It saves me so much time and helps me find good tenants and get paid on time with autopay.

Rentler made it really easy to list my rental, receive and evaluate applications, schedule viewings, and receive payments. Any issues I've had, have been minimal and the team is very responsive to resolve any issues. Couldn't recommend it enough for new landlords.
