What do you like best about Rentlio?

Probably the best feature of the software is the intuitive concept, which makes it extremely user friendly, without many preliminary trainings,coaching or explanations. It covers the most essential features for rental business and has perfectly working connections to all relevant rental platforms in the tourism industry, as well as to finance authorities or touristic authorities in charge. Very important to mention is the outstanding customer service provided by a friendly and highly competent team, available whenever needed in real time and for all small and insignificant details,up to major issues. The possibility of scaling the number of units from one up to 100 or more, the corresponding features for unit grouping and the personalization of the various groups and units makes the administration of the acommodation very easy.

What do you dislike about Rentlio?

Like any cloud based application, Rentlio depends on a perfectly working internet connection and stability of its servers. But as a general rule, these aspects shouldn't be too problematic and with very small exceptions everything is working without faults. Also, there are few minor features which could be improved, like a housekeeping section, in order to make the administration of the housekeeping and cleaning services within the rental units easier and the communication within the team members faultless. The provided booking engine which serves for the integration on the homepage has a dimple concept and layout, as well as some missing features, but a new, completely improved version is already released and in the testing process, which will offer fresh approach and more security for the end users.

Recommendations to others considering Rentlio:

Try out the demo version and convince yourselves how easy and intuitive this software works, even with no introduction or professional tips from the developers. And if you still consider technical support , be sure to meet the most friendly and solution orientated customer support team, always available through the chat box integrated in the working screen. Consider creating separated accounts for administrator and users, as some sections are containing very sensitive data in terms of financial insights or client data protection. If you are planning to use Rentlio for a mid-term or longer interval, you might consider a customized payment method, resp. an annual company invoice to be paid by bank transaction, as the only integrated payment method in the program is by credit card, on a monthly basis. Deactivate any rental units which are not in use, in order to save costs, due to the payment system per individual unit.

What problems is Rentlio solving and how is that benefiting you?

The management of our rental units and the correlated touristic activities have been perfectly covered by the software. We have managed to increase our sales by using the integrated channel manager to connect the rental units to the most relevant platforms in the industry. The finance administration section helped us to perfectly manage the invoicing process, tax reporting and accounting. The connection to the tourism authorities made the registration of guests extremely easy, while the document scanning feature is reducing the check-in intervals a lot. Also, the statistic section is offering a smart insight and useful comparisons of various aspects, which determine further marketing steps and decisions in order to improve or balance the sales and occupation figures.
