Rent Manager offers all the components you need to run a property management company. It is easy to learn, easy to implement all aspects of your business. As a third party property manager we rely heavily on the accounting and workorder systems to bill our Clients. The office uses the program constantly throughout the day and maintenance uses it in the field. Customer service is and always has been awesome and FREE!
While I have learned how to create my own reports, I find the filtering system complex when trying to customize an existing report.
The portal has been the biggest change for us, tenants better understand their bills and less questions. Of course it has improved cash flow as well.
Super user friendly, and customer service is amazing. I love the app, I can use my mobile phone to upload photos, respond to resident's text messages and have access to information without being at my computer.

Nothing! This is so much better than Yardi. I have struggled with Yardi for 20 years, it doesn't offer even half of the benefits of rent manager. I have used this everyday for a month and I am so familiar with it already!

There are so many features in Rent Manager. The program is so vast and in-depth that it is overwhelming to learn at times. I wish we had more time to learn and use more functions that they offer.

Rent Manager is always available for any questions or issues we have with the progrem. But today I needed them for advice about our taxes and they are so well-trained, that the answer was immediately forthcoming. I've never called them for help or advice without their support people knowing EXACTLY how to help! The software is user-friendly, and if one has a question, the support team cannot be beaten! I call Rent Manager about once a month and they've helped me with accounting features, upload management, disappearing infromation and more. The program is easy to learn and easy to use.
I cannot think of any drawbacks to Rent Manager unless it's an expensive program. However, I'm not the person who purchases our company's software.
We have several locations and different properties and Rent Manager allows us to set up information on each one separately. They help us write custom letters as needed and a host of other assistance. They help guide us in our tax preparation and are always spot on with their support and advice.
