Dependable Product backed-up with Outstanding Customer Support

I did something to mess-up the email account I used with RemotePC and tried everything I could think of to dig my way out of the hole I created. RemotePC tech Support folks stayed with me for days, brought in 2nd level support and today they sent me the info I needed to put this behind me.
This Software has never let me or my customers down and this is another example why I'm writing this note. Stuff happens, in this case I caused it, and their response let me and you see how committed they are to Customer Service. These folks walk their talk!

I love this app

I love this app. It's super easy to install and gives you complete control of the PC you are connecting to. If you trying to help a novice accomplish something or need files from a remote computer, yes there are other ways to accomplish the same thing, but none of them even come close to what RemotePC does. Give it a try, you'll be glad that you did.

"Remote PC is a Godsend!"

What do you like best about RemotePC?

Remote PC is so easy to set up and functions as you would expect for a complete remote desktop service, providing me with the ability to connect to my work PC at home, which I'm very grateful for, especially in inclement weather.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

I have no complaints about this product. Everything works as I need.

What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can complete work from home on days I can't make it to the office.

"Great remote access tool"

What do you like best about RemotePC?

RemotePC is very easy to use. I like the fact I can print documents right from my remote computer. My previous remote tool did not allow this.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

I could not locate an app I could download. What I did is "bookmark" the web address in outlook. This was probably the best solution.

What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?

Printing to my home computer. O could not do that with our previous remote access tool.

Easy to use. Handles Multiple Monitor Displays. Easy to swap files to viewing computer for remote printing.

Blurry screens when quickly moving around a display - eventually comes into focus.

What do you like best about RemotePC?

RemotePC is easy to use, compared to the VPN method I'm used to.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

Screen can be small on a tablet. Resizing usually fixes this.

What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?

With RemotePC I find it easier to use then logging into the Company VPN and then gaining remote access.

What do you like best about RemotePC?

RemotePC is phenomenal and very easy to implement and operate. I needed a reliable and secure solution to allow my fully remote team to connect whenever we need to, and RemotePC checks all the boxes.
