hmm maybe not being very flexible with changing things in the contract. for example adding mean allowance on the contract.

Once in a while, payroll can be slow to respond to queries, but generally, queries are dealt with promptly and in a professional manner. The new additions to the web UI have allowed for a seamless customer experience.
Remote is solving the issue of foreign companies coming directly into a country. Remote is the middleman between international companies and us (the employees). It makes for a convenient way to carry out work-from-home or remote duties. Furthermore, Remote has assimilated new features into their web UI which promotes a seamless customer experience.
It was easy to be hired through Remote, so as a user, I am OK using it while leveraging the country-specific needs of the place I am working from. I recommend it!
A much more simpler process in terms of requesting holidays
As I am a user of Remote, I find it useful. I also needed, at some point, some specific individual support, and I received it, with lots of useful information from the Support team
I've been working with Remote now for over 1 year and I'm delighted about how clear and easy everything works out. Here are some aspects I like the most:

- Easy downloadable and organizable documents
- Instant customer support (competent and always very friendly)
- Very trustworthy and reliable
- Good communication with my employer
It seems as if the paid time off isn't adjusted automatically to the contract (but maybe I just haven't understood how this overview works, yet).
Apart from that there's nothing I'd consider worth improving--everything works out really well.
Remote allows me to work for a country that is not located in my home state without all the fuzz about cross-country contracts, etc. Because there's an office of Remote in my home country, I also have the feeling that I'm being looked after well and professionally all round.
I've been working with Remote for almost two years now and there is still not a bad word I can say about them. The experience is great, they are very helpful and communicative. Staff is competent and they provide detailed answers to any concern. I love using the website and mobile app, the UI is very easy and minimalistic while at the same time it provides access to everything I need. I use it on a daily basis.

Recently I had a couple of questions regarding the benefit system in Poland, every question of my was answered in detail.
Remote.com allows someone from India where it's difficult to receive international payments to work in companies outside the country and get paid in foreign currency and directly get converted to local currency and get credited in my bank account.
Nothing to dislike. Other than a recent support ticket where I received very short answers.

It's very straight forward to work with the team. Fairly easy to obtain answers to questions, and they are easily able to handle payroll and taxation for employees almost anywhere worldwide.
I have found a couple conflicting answers to questions here and there, but eventually I get the answers I need. Just be patient with the customer support team!

Remote.com makes it easy to hire talent no matter where on the planet. The amount of local knowledge you need becomes very low while offering your employees a good experience that includes whatever they would expect at their location - such as health insurance, sick days and others.
Their support in general is fantastic. However, they can become a bit flakey when it gets down to very specific legal / payroll questions in individual locales. When questions get hyper-specific, it will take a good couple of days to get an answer. Also the performance of their local payroll staff seems a little inconsistent at times.
We are a fully-remote company and want to allow exceptional talent to work from wherever they want. It is important to us, as an employer, to make sure we treat employees fairly. This includes giving them safety around hiring and employment standards and avoiding sketchy makeshift contractual solutions that live in legal grey areas. Remote.com allows us to keep overhead costs down while being able to staff locally and giving them a good standard that works locally, giving them access to healthcare systems, pension systems and other benefits. For us, our hiring pool suddenly became the entire planet.
Remote has allowed me to onboard in a very smooth fashion. The process was clear, communication was top-notch, the interface is very intuitive and user-friendly, and last but not least, the customer support team is superb.
Expense refunds and time-off requests are super easy to submit and follow-up on. The app makes it even more convenient as your receipts are directly scanned and you pretty much don't have to type in anything.
I haven't encountered any downsides with Remote as of today.
I am working for a foreign company. Thanks to remote, I can still work from France and benefit from the French legal framework, which is more advantageous in my opinion. All of the HR matters are settled directly within the platform and with the customer support team, and both are specialized in my current situation.
