Being able to customize the floor plan to whatever design we like.

Would like larger tables to have less glitches.

The customization is a great tool to sell to clients, would highly recommend it.

The ability for guests to network face to face is missing on a lot of conference platforms.

I love how large groups of people can gather, move around freely, share, collaborate & connect so easily while networking. It's easy to use and decorate as you would a traditional space, and my event partners love that they meet people face-to-face as they would at traditional events.

When I notice something I don't like I put it on the roadmap which the Remo team work away at.

I have been able to assist people in my community gather throughout the pandemic, small business owners not only connect with those they needed but build community and innovate their businesses with event marketing and currently working with industry associations looking to innovate into our new reality.

If you want to provide the opportunity for guests to network before or after an event then this is a great tool! It provides the opportunity to move around the floor and talk to different people

You can't customize the registration page so would need to use an outside event platform if this is important, which it is for our organizatino. There's often audio issues as well.

It's overwhelming at first but after playing around it's actually very easy to use. You can customize the platform to work for what you need as long as you get a little creative.

We've turned some of our events virtual and kept the collaboration and face-to-face portion by using the Remo platform. It's a great tool for conducting webinars, networking, job fairs, etc.

I love the tables features as well as the easy-to-navigate interface.

I would like to add titles for panels as well as for the hosts to go back to the tables even in presentation mode.

I did not face any problems thanks to the chatbot and the people who were very helpful throughout.

Easy of Use and the ability to be face to face in virtual rooms

I couldn't arrange the floor plan for my specific needs.

Hiring event without being in-person. Members are able to meet with multiple candidates without it tying up their whole day.

The serendipitous nature of networking is unique to Remo. Our attendees love it and speakers really enjoy being able to engage with them.

It would be great if Remo had better registration to manage everything in one platform.

Remo allows us to hold events that encourage attendee networking and interaction. It is easy to see how busy the event is and get a natural feeling as if you have attended something real. Remo gives attendees an interactive experience that goes beyond passive consumption of content.

I loved how interactive everything was. It felt like you were really meeting in person.

Speaking in the lounges was a bit forced. Not the typical small talk you would get at an in person event.

I was able to meet individuals in my industry and speak about current events. It was great coming up with a solution if travel is still not permitted within their organization.

Like the title, it felt like I was playing a game! Like I was the little avatar, and my job was moving around and doing tasks, except the task was to attend and pay attention to the speaker, of course.

The design/interface was cute, with little tables and stuff.

I liked going up and down floors and moving across tables, exactly like a game!

I had some issues when I didn't have a work email yet: I had to contact the organizer and get added to the list to get access.

I didn't like that you were connected automatically to everyone at the table; I was playing around the day before and logged out when I was at an empty table, the next day I started from the same place, but there were people there, so I had to move away ASAP to avoid an awkward moment XD

On the plus side, it felt like a game. On the negative side, I had to restrain myself from moving around and checking everything out; I would've loved it if there was a floor or table or some hidden surprises that actually were games or game-related.

I used this as an attendee of a much larger organization, along with attendees from other companies.

It's ideal when you know you will have multiple short meetings in succession, like networking or introductions with different companies and mentors. I'm sure it can work for extended sessions too, but ours weren't that long.

Make sure you have a plan for teams adding and removing team members up to the conference date. And for team members who do not have a work email yet.

It helped solve the issue of having multiple speakers, multiple attendants, limited time, different locations, and short topics.

And, as with any virtual video call platform, it solved the issue of having participants from different locations.

Highly visual, participative + great support community from Remo team and wider stakeholders. + more immersive experience for participants than the usual webinar platforms.

Not being able to create a library of Sponsors - this would be hugely helpful to have, as our partners change from event to event.

Run of Show needs to be a pop-up window so it doesn't block main presentation screen.

On-boarding takes up a lot of our time - each event we stage has a new set of speakers and attendees - onboarding speakers and hosts is particularly time-consuming BUT it is getting easier as we learn new hacks!

Conversion from registered to attended is higher for our online events than it was for our in-person events. Our stakeholders love the interactive format - especially since we launched our new bespoke floorplan which has added a nice new dimension for attendees and adds value for our sponsors and partners.

The Remo platform is well laid out, easy to use and an efficient way to host larger scale group meetings and events.

None that I can think of but maybe the additional room levels could be bigger so it would be hard to miss.

The benefit would be that people are meeting virtually without the barriers one would find with other online platform providers.
