ReminderCall is easy to use and helps us collect valuable survey information from clients after their appointments. It is easy for clients to click on the survey link that they receive via text. You can use the same message for every client without having to put the information in again, so it is convenient and doesn't take up a lot of time.
We want better integration and automation with our client records program, but that's not solely a ReminderCall problem. The interface was a little confusing to begin with, but once you understand it, you will be able to easily send texts and accomplish what you need to with the service.
Great if you need to send the same text to many different people and schedule it. We've been very happy with the service, and it is quite affordable.
We can send out surveys to our clients after their appointment, but ReminderCall allows us to space out the time a little so that it doesn't seem like we are too pushy. They can complete the survey at their leisure when they receive the text message. We love how simple the interface is to use. Just plug in phone numbers and one-click texting for the whole list. I like that you can see whether your text worked properly or not. Now we have clients completing surveys and we have better metrics as a result.
I like that we can contact customers or remind them about appointments with minimal work on our part. It is as simple as uploading a spreadsheet, and ReminderCall takes it from there.
