You have to wait for every slide to finish being read to you. I can read faster than most talk.
The course material is a plus for anyone who hasn't worked in this line of work.
Highly recommend Relais for the best experience with education and tracking. As a nurse educator, I found the format is easy to use and when retrieving verification of training, it's great.
I would like to see more video options. I have generated my own training programs and if there was a way to do easier video upload, that would be helpful.
Any way to apply CEU's for my own training modules? Could Relais have a sponsor for contact hours that would allow applications for contact hours?

Specific mandatory annual training meets our requirements.
It is user-friendly, and it aligns with our States regulatory training requirements from the beginning; we were asked what training we required, and it was customized.
The system freezes a lot. It may be our server however, it's frustrating at times. The good thing is that you can start from where you left off so it's not like you're losing anything,
Not sure I can answer that. As I said before, you continually evolve with us in providing useful subject matter. You continue to evolve as we do in the Human Services industry.
I love that Relias is a one stop shop for exams for our travelers. Being able to use one system to assign exams and gauge knowledge and skills helps make our jobs easier.
When using Relias you have to ensure the hierarchy is set to your company. If it is left blank others in your organization will not be able to search for the name of the staff member you are trying to find exams for.
Relias is solving the problem of having continuing education for medical staff in one place. This also helps us as the employer gauge where the knowledge level of our staff is based on the scores of the exams.
I love that all the different companies I have worked for use Relais and that I can have my Relias transferred from wherever I am, Phoenix, to San Diego. I can also upload all my external trainings and my transcript reports them. This streamlines my renewals for both LPC in Arizona, LPCC in San Diego, and NCC in North Carolina. Thank you for keeping this going!!
I wish there were more state-specific (California) training.
LMS works to ensure that my staff is assigned to the correct training plans and that the training plan continues to meet our company directives
I love that I can put together training plans for new hires and enroll them when I sign them up without doing anything extra. Putting together annual training plans is a breeze. And as courses update, they are updated in the training plans.
Like anything, there can be hiccups, and I call tech support to help me figure it out. So far, there hasn't been a problem they could not handle, which makes my job so much easier.
We can keep our caregivers up to date and ensure they can care for our clients. It's so simple, and they can do their courses on their phone, computer or tablet - they don't have to come into the office.
It is very user friendly and, most of the time, it is intuitive. I love training new staff on Relias and showing them all the things it is capable of!
I've never used any other LMS but, when I came to WW, the #1 request was to "fix" Relias. Relias didn't need fixing, it just needed to be set up correctly - and now it's a system that employees use and rely on and trust to provide accurate info.
It seems that whenever something gets escalated to "engineering", it goes into the black hole and you never hear anything about it.
I'd like better follow up on these inquiries.

Relias LMS is easy to use and navigate. I like that the system has the ability to automatically convert PowerPoint into SCORM. I can also easy create and add training to Relias. Honestly, what I like most about Relias is our Client Rep, who responds to calls/emails timely and has spent a great deal of time training myself and my new colleague on the system. He has been most helpful in supporting us through our learning curve.
The reports could be more automated. For instance, I have to manually change the dates to run weekly survey analysis reports for about 50 reports. I which there was an option for weekly reports like there is for monthly.
Use your Client Rep, they are here to support you. Let them know what you need from a LMS.
Relias provides a one stop shop for training and tracking training. We have also found it useful to create tracker courses to track license renewals and other needed documents in one place.
Relias has amazing customer service and the platform is intuitive. They make changes to their product very often due to customer reviews. They not only care about the end user, but also the administrator who does not have all day to learn the platform.
A learning environment or a sandbox would be advantageous mostly for the beginning. Other than that is a great product. I would love for them to have more selection of trainings for medical and dental.
The just finished solving the training plans being a little complicated to handle. Other than that there are not a lot of issues with the platform. It is a great product.
