"Flexible and powerful tool giving us a lot of leverage"
What do you like best about Relay.app?

The tool is flexible and powerful, allowing us to extend workflows in a lot of different directions. The team and support is great - they listen to our needs and help solve our problems quickly.

Best of all is the user-friendliness. Our team is lean. Relay is intuitive and allows all members of our team to build powerful automations so they can do more with less. Before Relay, we used Zapier which was good, but not nearly as easy, which prevented it from being rolled out broadly.

What do you dislike about Relay.app?

As the company grows more sophisticated, I think they will need to keep a close eye on user-friendliness, so that the product doesn't become unintuitive over time.

What problems is Relay.app solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automating repeatable processes, ensuring they are done more efficiently and accurately.

What do you like best about Relay.app?

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch support and lightning-fast feature integration from Relay, and I'm thrilled to share my fantastic experience.

Switching from another automation platform, I turned to Relay based on recommendations from a Reddit thread. My initial concerns were quickly addressed when I reached out to their support team for assistance in replicating a complex workflow that I was accustomed to in my previous tool, Zapier.

Thijs van As, a Relay team member, responded promptly and demonstrated unparalleled dedication to solving my challenges. While Relay didn't have a direct trigger for what I needed, Thijs provided me with a creative alternative approach that not only addressed my needs but also exceeded my expectations.
