Excellent and responsive vendor
What do you like best about Relatient?
Relatient is a very pro-active, client centered oragnization. They are responsive to our needs and requests and will try theor best to accommodate, even if we can be unreasonable in our requests at times.
What do you dislike about Relatient?
Hard to integrate but that's more a reflection of our piecemeal IT infrastructure than shortcomings on the Relatient side.
What problems is Relatient solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to reduce no-show rates by increasing the number of patient contacts. We are also looking at partnering with Relatient to do rapid cycle analysis on reducing no shos.

Easy to work with and very adaptable.
What do you like best about Relatient?
We have been very pleased with Relatient. The customer service is outstanding. It has allowed my staff to focus more on the patients needs and less on the worry of patients knowing about their appointment. The survey call post appointment has boosted moral because staff see and hear the difference they are making in peoples lives.
What do you dislike about Relatient?
The dashboard could be a little more user friendly.
Recommendations to others considering Relatient?
Get it! We were hesitate to use an "automated" reminder system but the feedback from staff and patients have been positive. It saves the staff time and allow them to do what they need vs staying on the phone. Also, I am able to send out "memos" to the staff via demand content so everyone gets the memo even if they are at home because it's on the phone by text.
What problems is Relatient solving and how is that benefiting you?
My staff can focus more on the patients and less on weather a patient knows about their appointment.

Relatient is a wonderful tool when it comes to Customer contact and support!
What do you like best about Relatient?
Ease of reaching patients in a variety of different ways. Reports of actual patient responses made (and not made). I also love having a record of that contact
What do you dislike about Relatient?
occasional lag in reports (very minimal)
Recommendations to others considering Relatient?
Give Relatient a try- you will not be dissapointed!
What problems is Relatient solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of contacting our patients for a variety of different reasons; from appointment notifications to cancellation for weather and even if we have a provider sick and need to reschedule visits for the day. A customer service department that is easy to contact and work with if problems arise.

They make interaction easy for the office and patient.
What do you like best about Relatient?
The ease of patient reminders. Patients can do surveys from their smartphones.
What do you dislike about Relatient?
I have not had any issues in the past four years.

I would highly recommend it.

Relatient has definently helped with our no-show rate, and the patient surverys have given valuable feedback. I have worked with Relatient for 4 years.

Excellent service and support
What do you like best about Relatient?
Their services just work. And, on the rare occasion that they do not, they are prompt to get the situation resolved for you.
What do you dislike about Relatient?
Sometimes the Relatient services can be hindered by the software that they are connected to. For instance our current EMR software is not very reliable so most, if not all, of our service issues were due to our EMR.
What problems is Relatient solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have reminder calls, texts and emails going out without any effort from our staff. We have the ability to send out communications to patients to inform them of closings and such without having to contact them manually. We also gave patients the ability to pay their bills with MDpay via text or a link from our website. They have really helped.

I really like the quick turn around time with Customer Support.
What do you dislike about Relatient?
At this current time, there is nothing that I dislike.

If you are in need of reaching your patients without the hassle of phone calls. Relatient is a great tool.

Has really cut down on no shows!
What do you like best about Relatient?
Relatient has helped alleviate the need for staff to take time to contact patients for appointment reminders. It has helped reduce our number of no shows by reminding patients of upcoming appointments, even on day of with a text reminder.
What do you dislike about Relatient?
My only wish is that the text and email would come using our office number/email as the contact so patients would pay attention more often to it. They tend to ignore the phone call and text message from a random number.
Recommendations to others considering Relatient?
(I'm not sure which allscripts it is - it is our system used by our outside billing service)
What problems is Relatient solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have really lowered our no show rate - probably at least covers the cost of the service.
