What do you like best about Rejoiner?

The platform offered by Rejoiner turns out to be a very user-friendly solution.Our e-commerce and marketing teams can easily create broadcasts without having to know any code. Overall usability is improved by the system's user-friendly interface and superior reporting capabilities.

The platform demonstrates their dedication to providing exceptional service by promptly attending to queries and accepting new requests. Our experience with Rejoiner is greatly enhanced by the team's proactive measures to guarantee our efficiency with emails and trips.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

I have no complaints about this tool, so I have nothing to say here.

What problems is Rejoiner solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rejoiner has helped our company by introducing programmatic email for the first time and significantly increasing sales. Their very prompt support combined with the advice given during setup made for a seamless transition. The features for analytics and reporting are especially excellent. they provide deep insights that enable us to deliberately strive for the best results from our email marketing campaigns.

"Rejoiner are fundamental to our online success!"
What do you like best about Rejoiner?

Rejoiners platform is intuitive and allows our marketers and ecom team to easily build broadcasts without the need for coding. Reporting analytics are accessible and allow our team to visualise performance. But above all, it is Mike and his teams customer service that is second to none! While our company is Australia-based, the AU-US time difference is never noticed, with Mike always replying to our queries or requests quickly. The Rejoiner team are truly an extension of our digital team and have been fundamental to growing our revenue online, supporting new projects and recommending optimisations for our digital comms.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

There is really nothing to note here- the occassional issues are few and far between (and always handled promptly).

What problems is Rejoiner solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rejoiner is helping us grow our email database, building out dynamic journeys to easily retarget browsers/ consumers, making our email comms a key driver of onsite traffic with minimal effort required from our small team. We look forward to exploring SMS capabilities in future.

What do you like best about Rejoiner?

Rejoiner has made a major positive impact on our business. The system is easy to navigate and use and reporting is above standard. If there is ever an issue, they are quick to reply and help. Mike has been an amazing help with the more technical side of things, allowing myself to focus on other important aspects of our business instead of trying to figure it out on my own.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

The only downside would be that if we try to send out an email last minute, sometimes it doesn't get dispersed right away. However, the Rejoiner team has been very helpful explaining as to why this happens and has helped us to avoid this issue in the future.

What problems is Rejoiner solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rejoiner has helped us to reach our customers in a timely and efficient manner. The email creator tool is user friendly and saves us a ton of time. If we ever need assistance, the Rejoiner team is always quick to respond and extremely helpful.

"Powerful tool and top tier support"
What do you like best about Rejoiner?

The tool is extremely powerful. The ability to run simple email campaigns through more complicated branching and split A/B testing is game changing. Better than that is the support. I don't want to use and over used term, but Mike and the team provide truly best-in-class support and that makes all the difference.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

Haven't found any downsides at this point.

What problems is Rejoiner solving and how is that benefiting you?

Increasing customer engagement. Driving top line sales through D2C contact. Reducing walk-aways and systemic losses from abandonment. Reporting to understand efficacy of our direct marketing campaigns. Providing the ability to hone our campaigns.

What do you like best about Rejoiner?

When something isn't working correctly or we have questions about the platform, we're always able to get a quick reply from the Rejoiner team to set us on the right track.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

I would like it if it were easier to sort and search through broadcast email creative.

What problems is Rejoiner solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had been using Mailchimp and were not getting the personalized attention we needed to take our business to the next step. In addition, Rejoiner set us up with programmatic email for the first time and it's represented a huge lift for our business.

What do you like best about Rejoiner?

I loved how responsive Mike and his team are. They respond to emails within minutes and address any questions/concerns that day (usually within the hour). Their software is more than detailed and has everything you can need.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

Nothing comes to mind. My company has used Mailchimp, Benchmark, and ActiveCampaign, and this has fit our needs the best so far.

What problems is Rejoiner solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a more robust email marketing platform for automations. Rejoiner takes it to another level with their drip campaigns and anticipates customer behavior very efficiently.

What do you like best about Rejoiner?

Incredibly responsive with lightning-fast turnaround. Always willing to work with feedback. Seasoned strategists who understand the email/digital landscape. Often willing to go out of their way to help us meet our goals, even if it requires custom development or manual workarounds. Always improving their platform. We've worked with Mike and the RJ team for the better part of a decade and we'd gladly recommend them to anyone.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

There's not much to dislike about this crew. We have a very high bar for the look, feel, and voice of our email marketing, and sometimes Rejoiner's designers or copywriters don't quite hit the mark on the first try. But they take feedback like a champ, and are great at quickly revving the creative they provide.

What problems is Rejoiner solving and how is that benefiting you?

Email marketing. Drip email campaigns. Abandonment, winback, VIP, post-purchase, etc. Rejoiner has helped us build out our strategy very broadly, yet maintain through-the-roof open rates.

What do you like best about Rejoiner?

I'm not really sure what we would have done without Rejoiner these past 2.5 years as a business. We have leaned heavily on them for their incredibly easy-to-use platform and team of experts. Their team truly feels like an extension of our own. They always get back to us immediately, provide thoughtful and data-driven solutions to our problems, and have built out custom capabilities when we need them. I have learned so much about email as a marketing tool throughout my time working with them, and it has notably helped us grow our business. There's no other team out there like Rejoiner.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

There have been some minor features I have shared feedback that I believed would help improve the user experience. An example is adding descriptive labels to provide the definition of Reporting items in their dashboard so that my less familiar colleageus can access our Reporting themselves and have a full understanding of the metrics. However, whenever I've shared suggestions for improvements, the Rejoiner team gets to work and puts these features into dev. It's so refreshing to have an external team hear our suggestions and then implement them quickly.

What problems is Rejoiner solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've increased our ability to communicate with our customers and have seen improved revenue as a result. The biggest feature we have unlocked are building out more automated Journeys and segmentations. This has allowed the platform to work for us, and it has also created far more personalization in the way we speak to different audience cohorts.
