The logic behind the structure of the system is stellar, but the flexibility to adapt it to our very niche registration requirements is by far my favorite feature. Though it takes some workarounds and getting very well acquainted with the system, I believe there is little this system cannot do.

I would have loved if we could have had an API integration of our existing payment processor. The use of Regpack's processor is great but the setup was longer than expected.

Do your homework - I went through 10-12 alternative options before finding Regpacks. Before leaving one of them, the director of Business development called me to ask me if I found a tool that actually did meet my requirements.

Our registration procedure on most of our travel programs are anything but simple. This system offers by far the most comprehensive and flexible registration forms as well as some of the best report tools & CRM functions I've seen.

RegPack makes payments and registrations much more seamless for our families. It's much easier to do payments over time compared to our previous platform. Running reports is also easier to do too.

I wish that more super admin roles were included with the price instead of just one. At least 2 or 3 more should be included. I dislike that sending out communications isn't easy to figure out too.

RegPack is helping a lot with recruiting and retaining students and campers to our programs. We also are having an easier time taking in payments and completing registrations and running those reports.

Regpack is easy to work with and their support team is always timely in their responses and solving any issues that may arise. They are also very helpful when you have questions.

I think that they could use more transferrable data across many different projects, but I don't really see that as a downside, just an area where they can improve.

They are our registration system that we use for our events as well as for any payment processing that we have to do for our office. They are easy to use and exactly what we need.

Financial data is very clean and easy to see.

Sometimes there can be too much information to parse through for reports.

It seems like they are creating pre-generated reports.

From a developer perspective, RegPack integrates very easily with existing platforms and is a fast way to bootstrap a registration and payments solution. A dashboard is a handy tool for keeping up with your real-time data.

RegPack can be more expensive, but it offers many features to validate its price point. As a developer, I would have preferred to use an API, though I believe RegPack is either working on one or has recently released theirs.

The most used feature of RegPack that we used at Dibs was the payment integration they offered. We had a hard time finding a platform that would allow us to easily integrate and accept donations to our users, which is exactly what RegPack offered.

RegPack is very customizable. It's easy to make quick edits as needed, even after an event is open for registrations. The record-keeping is great and we haven't had any discrepancies in our books since starting with RegPack.

There isn't an easy way to print a receipt, which we still have people asking for. Some are okay with the emailed version, but a lot of our customers still want a separate PDF version of a receipt.

It would be nice to have a phone number to call when I have a quick question, but so far the online ticket submissions have been answered in a very timely manner.

Having access to help whenever I need it - ease of registration for attendees

Some of the reports are at time a pain to generate, but I am learning how to sets additional parameters to generate what I want.

Very easy to do (even for me) with great info regarding each speaker and activity. I even accidentally double-booked my schedule and it won’t let you do that. VERY impressive. I just saw one typo when signing up for golf, they may want to change - they asked “who do you want to play gold with” or something similar. If you have witnessed my game, definitely not gold... maybe bronze…

The ease of making changes and the ease of using the old meeting setup to create a new one.
