There isn't anything to dislike about Referral Candy

There has been no problems but whenever assistance is needed, they alaways help fast.

Proactive outreach whilst discrete. Continuous development adapted to the needs, from small companies to big. Good customer support, easy to integrate and easy to use.

Downsides? Not sure that I can name any at this stage.

We rely heavily on WoM for our product - referral candy makes that easily actionable in our marketing strategy.

ReferralCandy allows me to automate my affiliate program to help me grow my business by leveraging my customers' audiences. As a coach, this is invaluable. I had a little trouble with the initial setup, but thankfully JC helped me out via the customer service chat with prompt and knowledgeable service.

The setup takes a little while and isn't super intuitive, but I was able to figure it out with some customer service help.

ReferralCandy let's me automate my process so I can save time on admin and spend more time creating content and coaching clients.

Jon has been super helpful in answering all of our questions. Each integration question we had he replied within a day and helped us work through our workflow. Thanks again!

The best thing is the easy to use. The customer service is awsome, specially JC Fajardo. Allways ready to help.

I have a lot of test ordesr in the dashboard and they remove it

Been using it for years and it's great, easy to use, good referral tracking, easy set up and fair pricing.

Sometimes I wish it was a bit more customizable and that the analytics were a bit better but overall it does what it's supposed to.

the free trial period of a realistic time frame is most helpful - the system is also not too challenging for the uninitiated

The ease of setting up and customizing my referral program

I can only have one referral program per account. If I want to set up multiple tiers or rewards based on different products, I would need to set up additional accounts. I think this is inflexible it's the same business and same store - we only want to customize the referral reward for different products.

Automating the enrollment, management, payout, and reporting on our referral rewards saves a lot of manual labor.

ReferralCandy is the only Shopify app that works well with recharge and other subscription apps. I've tried all kinds of apps and they all have issues with referral redemption for subscription sites. If you are a subscription-based Shopify site - use ReferralCandy!

Also, they have a fantastic support team! One of their support people named, Katherine, she was amazing and helped run through the entire customer journey with me!

Not much! It would be nice to style emails easier in ReferralCandy. It can be somewhat arduous to create emails using their editor. But I mean - this is an issue with most email editors.

ReferralCandy can generate coupon codes that work in the Recharge customer portal. Lots of other apps do not have this functionality!
