SaaSquatch is very user-friendly and easy to set up. The implementation was smooth, and we have not had any issues with the program at all.
I can't think of anything that I can say I particularly dislike about SaaSquatch. I even like the name.
We needed a clean and easy way for our customers to refer each other and this has successful achieved that.

We do have to work with our CSM and support to when would like to kick off something new. They are super helpful and always provide timely support but this program does require initial training.

Saasquatch makes it easy to locate and research our customers. Tracking customer referrals has become so much easier and the amount of information we can serve back to our customers is invaluable. I also love the ability to manually issue a reward to our customers when the occasion arises.
While searching for customers in the participant tab it takes quite a long time to load after initiating the search. I would love to see the search function sped up a couple of seconds to make the process of researching our customers more efficient.
Saasquatch is currently running our refer-a-friend program and managing the payouts for referring new customers. It has replaced a home grown tracking system and given us and our customers much more information.
Their API is straightforward and simple to understand. I built a custom integration with Referral SaaSquatch and it was a fantastic experience because their devs were able to jump in and show exactly what was needed to get it up and running in our rushed timeline.

The project required a referral program that then refunded their purchase amount by a set amount per refer up to the full purchase amount, after trying 3 other services this was a breath of fresh air.

I love using Saasquatch to manage our customer referral payouts/program. The reward options are diverse and easy to update/change on the fly. You get great insight into the customer's referral status when viewing their profile as well as the customer they referred. This has been a game changer for our Customer Support team to easily resolve customer inquiries. This platform is frequently used and will soon be fully integrated with our new CRM.
There are a lot of features that we do not currently utilize that I am hoping we will start reviewing soon! There isn't isn't much negative feedback that I can give at this time.
