We can almost schedule all types of batch jobs through Redwood Tool.

It has got a good vendor support system as well now.

Interface is same as it is sonce last 7 years.

All of our manufacturing, packaging, warehousing jobs are handled by Redwood.

For us it is the backbone of all the applications.

The scheduling of jobs is very complicated and redwood makes my task easier, as the job scheduling is easy in redwood and learning modules are simple and clear. Workload is Automated and made Simplified.

Redwood is providing great help in automation but I still feel it can provide much more help when we are struck. So, Business/Customer support is one area where Redwood Should focus more.

It is helping me scheduling of jobs and helping me in complete automation and also provides simple drag and drop options to do our task.

Ease of Access, Well Designed & Have solutions for most of the requirements out of the box.

User Interface and navigating is very user friendly.

One of the Best Customer support i have seen in the market.

Easy to integrate with Windows/Linux based systems.

Sometimes it gets difficult to implement a use case with Redwood script or other ways. It's not very intutive to search for help.

It has lot of capabilities to solve most of the use cases that we might need a scheduler for

Redwood Software is beneficial for DevOps to automate CI/CD and schedule the pipelines. Monitoring and automatic notification. And also it helps to reduce manual effort. Redwood is perfect combination of highly configurable.

As per my experience, There is nothing major points to add, but Redwood has log file limitation with size. if the log file exceeds the limitation of size, then it will skip the log, but it happens in rare cases.

Redwood helps with less effort as it has a perfect combination of highly configurations. As we have upstream and downstream jobs, it helps to schedule the job in chains, and it has to pick the correct environment variables/attributes. Its supports with different types of alerting messages .

Easy for process automation and repetitive manual tasks.

With the RunMyJobs automation solution, we can run the jobs, and monitoring helps to identify the job details like status, failures, kill jobs etc.

It can mainly run multiple jobs parallelly with the load balancing technique and help achieve the targets within the SLA.

I know this tool and its usage, but people in the market face some issues as there is no detailed documentation or customer service.

The documentation is improving now but needs to improve customer service to address the queries.

Hectic manual tasks can automate and deliver the business output very effectively within the agreed period as it has multi-job runs and job monitoring to find and run jobs.

This is a user-friendly software where we can easily find process details & status to reduce the workload on the management.

We can deliver the outputs in SLA and monitorings to meet business process deadlines.

Overall it is a good automation tool as it is not as complicated as other market tools.

Redwood Software's customer service is not that much responsive or helpful.

It would be great if the customer service is improved a bit.

Apart from this, I didn't see much drawbacks, it is doing a good job.

We can easily find the job status and details to solve and automate the manual tasks.

The Software can be a little challenging to set up and configure at first. Rather than that, the software is highly recommended for automation purposes. I am satisfied with the usage of the Software.

The good part about the Redwood software:

This software doesn't have significant drawbacks, but there is some difficulty in setup the dependencies under a job.

Need more documentation or course on the tool in the market about the importance and usage.
