The technology is up to par with the best in the industry, but the rapid customer support is my favorite thing about this product. Given the critical role that this type of infrastructure product plays in advertising campaigns, it's reassuring to be able to talk to a real person via live chat and have them guide you through any issues and answer any questions that might arise. I also like that my advertising costs automatically sync from nearly every major digital advertising platform. Lastly, their server-to-server tracking integration feature has been invaluable for us as digital marketers running large advertising campaigns in a post iOS14 landscape.
The iOS app interface is a little buggy, but they are in the process of updating it. I used to log out and log back in every time I wanted my campaign statistics to refresh.
The problems we are solving with this product are advertising campaign management, cost tracking, and return on investment analysis. It's great that we can see both our ad campaigns' live performance and costs in one place.
Its main advantage is that it provides usefull information to optimize the media- buying process. Without this service, the optimization process will be difficult or impossible. The most useful is the exchange of information between affiliate programs and traffic sources.
I have little experience of using RedTrack and I did not find any disadvantages of this service.
With RedTrack service I solve the problem of information exchange between the traffic source and the affiliate program. According on the results of the statistics, I solve the problem of optimizing the media- buying process. It greatly enhances the advertising campaign process.
RedTRack allows multivariate reporting, that is, reporting by multiple dimensions. For example, not just to break down by carrier and OS, but producing separate cohorts carrier_x_OS. This allows for multivariate analysis like GLM.
Nothing really. Perhaps ability to manually correct data. (But perhaps I have not find a solution yet.)
Try negotiate discount for professional subscription. So much more value! It allows reports by 5 different dimensions.

Facebook Conversion Tracking, I was able to get out of learning quicker than before and my cost per result was much lower.
I love that they have an integration with the Facebook conversion API. Plus, their support team is super helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure everything is setup so you can get the most out of RedTrack.

Don't just focus on the features but try to find a team that will be always ready to give the best support when you need it. Redtrack is a very user-friendly tracking platform. I love how easy it is to navigate through the platform. The support team is excellent and super diligent when setting up your campaigns. I have worked with Karina and she has given me stellar support, answering all my questions and concerns.
So far there isn't a thing I dislike about this tracking platform.

RedTrack.io is an awesome Ad tracking platform. Before I came to know about this platform, I fully relied on Google and Funnel Analytics, but the data send by pixel was inaccurate.
But RedTrack solves all these problems. I really like RedTrack because:

There is not much I dislike about RedTrack.io but if they can improve a few things then it would be just awesome. Those things are:
