I really like how easy it is to manager users - we've tried a number of different LMS's and this one comes out tops for ease of use across all areas.
So far the support has been amazing, the team are always quick to response with any questions but I wish there were a few more support articles.
The team were great at taking a holistic approach to our training with us and have been instrumental in our business growth. We didn't feel like they signed us up then forgot about us...which has been like a breath of fresh air.
If you choose to use RedSeed - make use of their expertise and insights! We didn't initially, and if we had we would have avoided a lot of necessary cost and frustration.
We picked RedSeed because we were looking for a platform that could house our sales training (all the standard requirements - reporting, dashboards etc) but we actually ended up dropping our training and using their sales training course because it was far superior! Since implementing we've seen cost savings from an admin perspective plus we've been seeing an overall improvement in sales.

The ability to develop a course that can reach every store throughout New Zealand without the need to travel or congregate in one particular place is superb. We are able to reach over 150 team members simultaneously.
There hasn't been any negatives I've found and over the time I have worked with RedSeed (over 12 years and 3 companies) that the Team are happy to listen and develop whatever is needed.
Franchises are always difficult to introduce training with, the ease of use on the LMS has really cut through with my current group who have historically not supported person to person training.
RedSeed is an intuitive and easy to use platform with engaging content. I've been using RedSeed for over 5 years now. And their support team (especially Regan) are always super helpful and very quick to resolve any issue.
I can't think of anything that I dislike at this time.

Single platform for the whole company. We use RedSeed mainly for Sales training and it is proving effective in our Retail environment.
The videos were engaging and short which meant you didn’t get bored. Easy information to retain.
The background was a little boring or the “cube store” made me giggle and not take it seriously

Pressing the next button on the phone is really hard as it is sometimes covered by the scroll button. Having the buttons at the bottom of the screen away from the side would help us
Redseed offers a blended learning experience via an online platform with the ability to utilise long answer questions, practical coaching and effective feedback. The system is easy to use and content loko sand feels engaging to0 users.
It would be great to have the ability to record offline training completions within the system.
I would recommend the Redseed team and their platform to anyone looking for an LMS. They are innovative and very open to incorporating your ideas and needs in the system.
Redseed allows us to provde consistent training across all fo our teams. It is easy to create and publish content and reporting is reliable and easy to use. We have seen customer satisfactio across our store networks increase as teams become confioedent and skilled in service.
The dashboard views made it easy to track progress without having to export a spreadsheet and muck around with excel for hours on end. User management also ticked all the boxes for use - we use RedSeed to deliver product knowledge training across 4 continents and so having a platform that kept user management and reporting simple (and fast) was an important feature for us. We went through several different LMS's before we settled on the RedSeed LMS and it was the best option by far.
There's not too much we don't like about the RedSeed LMS - although we had a requirement for multilingual support which isn't a feature (yet) we managed a workaround using some of the automation tools to enrol the right people in the right xAPI courses.

Being an NZ-based manufacturer, training retailers in other countries has always been a problem. We're a luxury brand, and telling our brand story has been difficult when it comes to consistency and entrusting third-parties to deliver consistent training face-to-face. With RedSeed we were able to deliver something that was entirely on-brand for us.
Red Seed can be personalised to your business which is what we have chosen to do. The team are super supportive and available for technical assistance and advice. The product has been well received by our retail sales staff and comments from managers and customers show us that the Red Seed platform has improved the customer experiences we are able to provide.
I genuinely cannot think of a downside. It is a useful investment and we look forward to experiencing the product further.
